My wife went to this place today and one of the employees disrespected her, calling her a liar, yelled in front of the others present. I am going to report them to their bosses with a formal complaint so that they learn to treat people.

Second time at the shalimar office.....I can't say enough about this dmv. My husband has dementia, and everything is a chore. For the patience and the professionalism of the staff, I truly appreciate their help.

Every time I've gone there it's always different people working there!I had to pay extra for a trailer tag, I spoke to the manager a black heavy set lady she was real cold heart! I really feel sorry for the people that work there and how she treats people! Sad that a person is like this and lives a miserable life! Can't understand why things things happen in life! I'll pray for her!

I want to thank Tamika pleasant demeanour customer service agent at Shalimar Tax office, she sits closest to the check in window. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. If every government organization could operate as politely and efficiently as this one, our nation would be in a much better place. I am blown away at the courtesy and streamlined processes this place has implemented.Specifically, the DMV and the Veterans department.
