The best DMV service , my mother had passed away and no titles were left of her vehichles and the tags were about to expire in a tow away zone the death certificate was 1month late HOWEVER : this dmv were compassionate beutiful human beings all the through this trying process for me & made sure i not only got done but also transfered my nephews title for me into his name ****they came through for me right in the nick of time God bless you**** Shalimar DMV you are the best!!

Walked in to get my driver’s license, husband’s driver’s license, one car title, two car plates updated and we left amazed with how quick and friendly the service was. Ms. H Melendez friendliness and professionalism was out of this world. This was hands down the best DMV experience we’ve ever had. This is the place to go for all DMV needs. 100% Veteran friendly.

Super annoying that the website says I need two forms of ID and two forms of address verification for an out of state DL change but when I come in they need way more documents like a marriage license, even though I have a Real ID which is a federally accepted form of ID. Whoever I got hates her job and is super unhelpful and even when I showed her where I got my info, they just demand I bring in the marriage license even though I’m providing a SSN, passport and birth certificate as proof of identity.

This is the best run DMV in the entire nation. Friendly staff that's super efficient. Walked in at 4:48p on a Friday to get a paper copy of my car title and was out the door and back in said vehicle at 4:55p with title in hand.
Unreal.

My wife went to this place today and one of the employees disrespected her, calling her a liar, yelled in front of the others present. I am going to report them to their bosses with a formal complaint so that they learn to treat people.

I want to thank Tamika pleasant demeanour customer service agent at Shalimar Tax office, she sits closest to the check in window. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knows her job very well and does it with grace. Thanks for your guidance which aided me in getting my license. God bless you??
