You can find the same exact products at store ls 20 miles away that are 3x the price. I'm always impressed with Cottonwood's prices and the quality of the products they sell. The entire Cottonwood team is knowledgeable with design and has always gone above and beyond to help me choose products that best fit my space. “This place is always hit or miss. I saw many associates in the store stocking who blocked aisles and almost hit customers with their carts. Then...there are others who are the extreme opposite. The pharmacy here is always wonderful, and lately the cashiers up front have been so personable. It is still a go-to place. The drive up is amazing!! If I'm only getting a few things, this is what I like to use. The wait normally isn't very long and it ends up saving me money as I'm not tempted by all the fun things I see in the store along the way!”

“I love Skippers ❤️ I've been multiple times in the last 2 years, and now I've taken my daughter there since she's moved. Prices are far more reasonable than any of the other furniture stores, and Dave in FWB will work with you to find any discount available. Quality built pieces and much better variety if you want something other than brown, gray, or white. Great service, friendly, and delivery guys are awesome too. I've moved out of FWB but actually make the almost 2 hr drive to get furniture there.”

“My fiancé and I have spent the better part of 3 weeks looking for a couch that fit all of our criteria. Skippers was the first retail furniture shop we had gone into to view furniture. We were both very skeptical buying brand new furniture as it is not only very expensive, but a lot of the time you get pressured into buying something you weren’t wanting or couldn’t afford.We were greeted kindly and helped by Tamika. THANK GOD. She listened to every concern we had including our budget. She showed us a few sectionals that were within our budget and met the criteria then allowed us to browse the store without any pressure. We didn’t make a final decision our first time in the store. She gave us her business card with no pressure and let us go home and measure and talk about the price together. When we called her to let her know we wanted the couch, she helped us through the whole process. She even CAME BACK INTO WORK after she had already left for the day to take care of us. She never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable with our decision and was just as kind to us as the second we walked in, up until AFTER we signed the agreement and on. When we go to purchase a new bed, we WILL be using Tamika again. Whether she is still at Skippers or not. ☺️”

“I got some really cute stuff at the store. I got a lambs fur bomber jacket and a Prada purse along with some other good finds. I love what they're doing for the community. It's nice to shop at a store that you know is helping others. It's a really big store and spacious. They have some items that I haven't seen in other stores like bulk material for really good prices. They also have pillows at good prices. I like that they have some of this stuff picked out as premium so you don't have to search all over the store for the good stuff. The staff was friendly there”
