“Love my Tom Thumb, thats where I get my frozen drinks and sometimes gas. The only thing is not having the brand of cigs that my friend smokes. Its always a 2 store day. But, I do buy my milk there also and thats always a great deal cause they are cheaper then all the other stores and I don't have to walk to (bfe) to get it. “Pretty average gas station. I usually don't review gas stations but this one is right up the street from me. Store is decently clean. Items are pretty stocked up. Everything is good except for the staff. The female manager (Jennifer) seems to be a little short with me whenever I asked her a question but I didn't take it to heart. Customer service is very big when you work with tons of people everyday. Hopefully it gets better since I live very close to this store. Will update soon if I notice changes. Overall good gas station.”

“There are 4 islands with gas pumps on both sides. In the building is a convenience store that offers many products that are for breakfast and lunch. Because the location is on the Eglin Air Force Base, the price of everything is cheaper than places off base. The cashiers are ALWAYS friendly.”

It has a large parking area and the inside has the usual convenience store items like snacks, soda, energy drinks, etc. There is also a Top's Hamburgers next door, if you want to grab something a little more substantial than a snack. All in all, I would recommend a visit to this gas station.”

“This store is about 1/2 mile from my home so I'm in this store almost daily. Coffee is almost always fresh (and smells delicious). But I usually have one of the milk shakes you make by putting the frozen shake in a blender and out comes one of the best shakes ever. The store is usually very clean, especially the bathrooms. They are some of the cleanest public restrooms I've ever been in. This isn't true of all their stores however. I was in Destin, FL (about 30 minutes away) last week and went to the Tom Thumb there. It was not very clean in general and there was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. But my Tom Thumb on Hwy 285 in Niceville is great. One of my favorite things is the reward points for discounts on gas. It is really fun to pay $1.00 per gallon less then those who don't use the program. It is well worth using the rewards card just like most stores are using these days. I'm glad I have a Tom Thumb so close by but I'd drive further if necessary just to use the rewards card and talk to some of the nicest people ever hired to take care of the store.”

“This is a very old store it’s been here my whole life but this store is very clean and relaxed , organized and the owner has excellent customer service skills. But his Kitty cat guards the door and he’s super friendly. I’m so happy they bought it and made it inviting and they carry a large tobacco and vape selection. And lots swag to go with your goodies. Great addition to the neighborhood”

“One of the few places I am able to get a specific allergy medicine (OTC). Great staff here who are always helpful. Plus I am always impressed, mystified, puzzled, with all of the different kinds of items that are available in a "pharmacy-drug store". They have everything from sunscreens to make up to beer & wine to snacks to prescription meds to toys. Downside: if it's made in China you'll probably find it here. Regardless, it's solid place for needed prescriptions and necessities, especially if you're in a hurry... Great hours and close to Home Depot (a regular stop for me).”

The folks inside have been very helpful, from replacing the French vanilla creamer to keeping both registers staffed at peak times.
