Our water utility has been a client of Computer Help for several years. They definitely work together as a well versed technical team to support all of our computer needs, both hardware and software. They both approach their interactions from a teaching standpoint so it is never intimidating while learning something new with our computer systems from them. Very professional, expert knowledge in all areas of computer services. Highly recommend them for any and all computer and cyber security needs.

This is a 5 star plus company. My desktop computer died when I booted it this morning. I suspected it was the power supply. I called Computer Help and they took it in right away. After evaluating it they called to confirm that the power supply had failed. They had a suitable replacement in stock, and I had my computer back for a very reasonable price and good as new in a couple of hours. It doesn't get any better than that. I'm going to use this company for any and all my future computer problems.

Kim did not honor the quote she gave me. She took weeks to finish a relatively minor job. She is uncommunicative and unreliable. When she finally "finished" the job, over budget and ridiculously late, I had to recruit additional help to fix the problems she had created. Be very wary of hiring her services.
