The refuse to purchase anything from this convenient store. The few times that I’ve been in there to purchase an item, it has always rung up wrong amount. The price is always higher than what’s on the shelf for the item. Nick When I bring it to the cashiers attention, they just shrug their shoulders, and do nothing. The best of my knowledge it’s against the law to have one price on the shelf in the higher price at the cash register.

The Indian man who works the graveyard shift is often rude, ie, no smile, rarely a greeting, and never a goodbye or thank you. I have worked in retail for many years, as well as interacted with alot of people in my life, and still I have no idea why this man has a job where friendliness and common courtesy are paramount. I just surmise that one of two things is going on, one, the man is related to the owner\manager, or two, it's slim Pickens for gas station clerks.

Every time I come in for the last two months the diesel pump does not pump properly it takes 20 minutes to get $42 11 gallon. I will never come back here again. I am a frequent user of this location but not anymore. And the cashier got all ignorant with me.

Don't use there carwash unless you want to get ripped off ..took my car to get washed and of course you have to pay first carwash was not working I was told more are less sorry about your luck we don't do refunds..wish I new how to get ahold of there district manager what a sorry way to do business

I ran my car through their mechanical car wash. It scratch and dented the roof top of my vehicle on the passenger side. I talk with their representative and agreed to bring them two estimates. which I did. Now they refuse to even give me the owner's name or repair any damage they caused. He told me he's not hiding anything. I responded, "You're obviously hiding the owner of the company's name." Be very aware of their poor customer service and support.

A debit card is the same as a credit. ????? Will not give Corp phone numbers or owner and manager very rude. I was at pump. Clicked help. No help given. Called on phone. Didn’t answer went in.

I pulled into this gas station for the lower price on diesel then in my area. I quickly learned they use click bait signs which show the cash price and credit is 10 cents more per gallon. Get rid of the double standard pricing! Also let's not forgot diesel is the cheapest gas to produce yet we pay far more then we should. I would have given 1 Star but since the Inside of the gas station was clean with many choices I gave 2 Star.

Customers have to be on the watchout, since they can't even be bothered to update their own store prices. The customer should not have to watchdog the register to see if they are getting the advertised prices!

This is the worst gas station in Spring Hill. It seems to be owned and run by a couple from Bombay. While the wife is fine, the husband frequently has angry outburst and will try to start arguements and insult you. If you don't like the filthy condition of the store he will generally tell you to "get out of my store" and call the cops, claiming you are creating a disturbance. (I've seen him to it twice over the last couple years to other people...) He will also insult you for his card readers on the pumps not working reliably, insinuating his days of riding elephants in a loin cloth as a kid (or whatever his background is) makes him more qualified to operate a gas pump than yours as an aviator for the US Navy(which is my background). LMFAO I've lived in the area for many years and I've quit stopping here to even buy a pack of cigarettes. Bottom line, you'll love this dump if you're from Honduras or Somalia.

First off, this is a mixed review. The 3 stars are just for a good starting point. The Store : 4 Stars : No problems here. Actually the high point of the review. Good snacks and drinks. Of course like all convenience stores, its over priced... but thats why, because it's convenient. They have a small but KILLER beer selection. Mostly bud/bud light but a small selection of craft beers that are awesome! Gas : 2 stars: Only get gas for my lawnmower here. Being credit is more expensive than cash, Ill just go up the street. Car Wash : 1/2 Star : WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The half star is because it has water. Nothing ever works here, the change machine, the soap, NOTHING. If you want to rinse your car with water, and have change, this is your place. If you want to wash your car, forget about it! Worst Car Wash Ever.
