I have gotten my prescription filled with Walgreens for years and have always had issues with them, but they knew my history so I never switched. Today Alex, the pharmacist on duty, Is an absolute moron he refused to fill my prescription for no reason even though he originally told me that my prescription would be ready for me today because he said the pharmacist has the discretion on whether they want to fill it or not, and then when I asked for his name and his license number to report him, he refused to give it to me and this is life-saving medication that has to be given or else It could cause death and he hung up on me three times and had one of the other pharmacy staff hang up on me. He then tried to tell me when the manager made him talk to me that he never hung up on me nor did he tell anybody else to hang up on me, even though he was the only one who knew the situation. I will report him to the state and corporate because I am now moving my entire business to CVS because of this single pharmacist who would rather not fill a prescription for his ego then to worry about saving someone’s life. I work in healthcare and I am a healthcare provider myself and I don’t think I could live with myself if I didn’t do everything I could to get him fired or that location shut down. I have a feeling this guy doesn’t have very many friends lol. I will be reporting him every single day until something happens

The people in the pharmacy there are Complete idiots. they don't know what they're doing. They don't know how to treat customers. They should all be fired and start over from scratch. I'm done. There's no way CVS could be a stupid as these people.

Walgreens pharmacy is so not together. Every 3 months I get my prescriptions filled… 2 of them, they have 1 but never both. On top of that… man was very rude and said he was busy! Now I will go back today for the 3rd time…. Does my time not have value too??????
Will be changing pharmacies, no doubt!!!!

Disorganized pharmacy. Lost a prescription we had transferred in. Keep saying they don't have it. Seem too busy to keep searching for it. Was sent from a very reliable pharmacy.

They literally never pick up the phone. Does not matter what time of day. Immediately transferred to hold. They don't even bother to tell you about the hold. On hold minimum 20 min every time.

I was in Walgreens today and selected an Easter basket. I asked employee about price. He looked at tag under that basket and told me price. I went to check out and price was different. Showed clerk tab and told her employee quoted that price. Two employees told me it was the wrong item and price but didn't show me which bunny basket came up with that queue # I wouldn't pay that amount but don't think that was good customer service. Diane

Absolutely wonderful staff! The best I have ever used! I have read the previous reviews about a rude lady! I have only dealt with male staff and they must have corrected the problem with the rude lady! If I had similar experiences as previous customers would also switch to CVS! But I am going to give them a chance for now!

The people who works in the pharmacy are so rude. I use to go to CVS in Madeira beach for years with no issue, just tried walgreen because they had a goodRx discount better than CVS but it was horrible experience. 1st no SMS system to tell you when your medicine is ready for pickup which is not big deal, 2nd my prescription had refills, after 1 month, I called today for a refill but the rude lady who answered the phone told me my refill was closed! She doesnt want to explain what happened and why its closed. She was extremely rude. I even asked her to fax my doctor but she rejected that and hangup the phone! I called my doctor to make another refill back to CVS and will never step a foot in walgreens again. Lesson learned, stay away from this walgreen.

I would give them zero stars. The service is horrible. I waited in the drive thru for a very long time for the lady to tell me she couldn’t give a syringe for liquid medicine for my child after I rang the red button telling them what I needed two times. Horrible

would give 0 stars if i could. pharmacy is very understaffed and i had to request ER supply because a simple transfer is too difficult apparently. i have antidepressants that i needed a couple days ago and was told it isn’t filled because the insurance wasn’t correct (which i also changed during transfer online but i guess the website doesn’t work). pharmacists were nice just slow as they are probably exhausted from the extensive amount of people coming in with issues. medicine should not be this difficult to get. switching to the next closest pharmacy because ive never had to wait an hour just for meds that were supposed to be filled a week ago??♀️ i have never seen anything like this. what poor management!!

Carley “team lead” terrible attitude. Acted like doing her job was a chore. Walked away from multiple customers to eat and drink her lunch at the counter. Unprofessional.

Really don’t deserve any stars , the woman pharmacist could not be any rudder, in my life I’ve never been spoken like this , she wanted me to leave and I have not taken my blood pressure med today , she chose to put my health in danger , I will never come here and will change my insurance due to this and go back to their competition. Funny as I am writing this the lady told a customer that she’s filling in and does not want to be here , it seems she’s bad to the moral of the employees that are from this location , she should be reminded that been understaffed is not the clients fault or her coworkers , and I waited and they gave me 12.5 mg when my those for over 3 years has been 15 , all the pharmacist did was more of the same , tell me to leave and call the doctors , horrible
