Switched back to Verizon from T-Mobile and typically a visit to the cell phone store is worse than the DMV nowadays being hours....John had our numbers ported, contacts and pictures transfered and went the extra effort to get us out in under a hour...I am very impressed and if you want Nascar service ask for John

Our verizon bill is so much bigger than all of the other carriers. My phone is prepaid as well as my husband's yet we pay one hundred dollars a month and that does not include data.

I went into the store today 6/12/2023 @ 11.30am to add a line to my 20 year account with Verizon. I first was floored this man did not get up to greet me he said nothing until I finally made it to the back of the store where he was sitting. I explained what I wanted ... he said he would go back and check, the phone I wanted he needed to order which I was okay with it. His attitude was getting worse like I was bothering him so I got up and walked out explaining how rude he was and a sale was walking out there door. So I got in my car and drove to the Largo store 2351 101st St N, Largo, FL 33771 and Chris was amazing there. He find a store that had the phone I wanted and I am always going to the Largo. This store needs to get better employees totally unacceptable to be a customer for 20 years and be treated like I was. Shame on you!

The worst service I've ever experienced from a retail store. Manager doesn't call you back after selling you a bad phone. No matter how many times you call leave a message no help whatsoever

Terrible service. Didn't even acknowledge me after I walked in. He only stared at us. After I said hi to him, he told me he doesn't know how long what he's doing will take. Only one other customer inside the store besides my boyfriend and I. Maybe take some multicultural and customer service course to be a better rep. He also referred me to another store because he was too lazy to help me at 4:00 pm on a Sunday

Been there many times and problems were solved. Today needed to activate my new visa credit card. Asked to show how i can scan it.Wound up canceling card. Will never go back.

Easy in and easy out, small franchise, so not a lot of workers at one time, but patience and you'll get good service. It's tucked away in seminole mall.

Walked in and no one literally zero customers. The older guy there couldn’t even look up and acknowledge us. I say hello and he said what can I do for you. Say we want a new phone. He proceeds on his tablet for several minutes. Doesn’t say a word to us the entire time. Then asks if we have existing service. We say yes and he again just ignores us for several minutes. We just walk out of the store and he claims he was just trying to help us. Could not have been less helpful. Will give our money to a business that remotely tries at customer service. This was a lazy old sales guy only worried about his meal and getting off work on an hour. Don’t even bother.

I don't know what is up with Verizon stores in Pinellas County but each and every time I need customer service, Verizon constantly drops the ball. This visit really was the nail in the coffin. I need to switch phones because my current one is approaching her end and I needed to take care of a data switch and activation. I walk in for what I was hoping to be a quick situation and was quickly disappointed. The two workers are with other customers, that's fine, but for 30 minutes there's no acknowledgement. Now I understand being short staffed, however it is not at all difficult to politely excuse yourself and approach awaiting patrons and mention "hey folks, I'm wrapping up with these guys and I'm unsure of how long it will take us, if you guys don't mind waiting that's great otherwise I just wanted to let you know!" It was rude, inconsiderate and infuriating to once again be let down by poor customer service by Verizon. That was precious time wasted and I pity those who are too polite to say something.
