My experiences at this UPS store are predominantly Amazon returns, and a few shipped packages. The Amazon returns process is ONLY fast and easy when the line of customers have their phones ready with their return barcode. I have waited in line watching 2 different customers on their phones for several minutes standing at the desks trying to initiate a return code from Amazon and could not figure it out while the employees stood watching the line grow with the line going out the door. I finally spoke up and the guests who did not have returns prepared were asked to step aside, then the rest of the line moved quickly and efficiently to the desk and out the door. Customers should not have to speak up to the employees at the desk who stand behind the desk doing nothing with a line of waiting customers out the door. On another occasion a different customer in line spoke up to inform the employees that the line is waiting and we have packages prepared with return codes. This happens often at this store unfortunately so expect a completely unnecessary wait in line. Perhaps try another location in the area if you have to use UPS.

Says they are open on Sundays till 3p even a sign on the door that's says open till 3p. Get here at noon and they are closed. Update your times on everything.

I’m in this store several times per month. Always 5/5 star service. They are quick to acknowledge me, appreciate my doing business with them and there’s nothing more I could ask for.
Keep up the great work. Jason is one name that stands out to me but truly all employees follow his lead. I’ll be back.

Christine, Liam, & Dennis were and are amazing! I've been to UPS stores all over the country, this store and the staff is truly the best I've ever experienced! They're awesome, especially the manager Christine!
