I stopped for an oil change after work. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out pretty quickly. I will definitely go back to take 5.

Worst experience at a take 5 this far. I go every 6 months and this time was terrible. I pulled up at 9:05, there was 1 car in each bay and 1 person waiting at the bay next to me. I didn’t pull into a bay until 10 and I look over after 30ish minutes to see the mechanic flirting with a customer, leaning in the window talking about tattoos and traveling. I wouldn’t usually mind but I didn’t get finished until 10:45. We pay for the convenience of getting a fast oil change, that’s the pain of it all, they seemed very short staffed so I hope that this issue gets better with more trained employees.

Take 5 guys on Park in Seminole are always kind, professional and informative. On the last visit the internet was down so payment was not possible. They informed all of us waiting and gave updates as they received them.

Your scheduling and personnel issues shouldn’t be my problem. An hour and 45 minutes for an oil change isn’t acceptable when your entire marketing is “Take 5” oil change. I also purchased the 47 dollar cabin air filter which the tech had zero clue how to install, it was crushed by putting it in backwards. He got it right on the 4th attempt. This is a 174 dollar lesson on why I’ll never visit Take 5 oil change again. Oh I forgot to mention the Walsingham location double charged my card in the previous oil change and took 3 days to sort and hours of my time. Let’s say 2 stars is a pretty high score in my opinion.

ONE HOUR AN A HALF to START the service. There was only one car in front of me when I arrived. Be prepared to spend AT LEAST AN HOUR in this place. "Take 5” is an absolute fallacy.

Service is great, but it’s the slowest Take 5 I’ve ever been to. This is the whole point of the Take 5 model, speedy service in and out quick.
