I just picked up a dress shirt. The only needed to be pressed because it was brand new. The sleeves are still wrinkled the bottom of the shirt is still wrinkle And all I got was I'm sorry. no manager around to help, no Solutions no credits. I would never go back to this place.

I have always had a great experience with Sun Country Cleaners. Does that mean they can remove every stain I have put in my clothes or ties? No. But that would not be reasonable given the age and nature of what I have put my clothes through. That said, 99% of the time they have. They also do alterations at a reasonable price.

We have used this dry cleaner for years. They do not live up to coupons that they send you. The last time I picked up my dry cleaning, the girl forgot to give me the 15% off, and chased me to my car and said it would be put on my next pick up. That never happened. Actually, they gave my husband a hard time of it when he went to go pick it up. I’m done! I will find another dry cleaner.

This dry cleaner is conveniently located close to my home. When I lived on Treasure Island, I tried the Sun Country Cleaners nearby and was severely disappointed. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give this one close to my house a chance. Well I can clearly say that the severe disappointment is companywide and not just reserved for one location!

They have permanently stained 15 shirts now. I’m waiting to hear from the owner for reimbursement. The shirts came from Dillards so their gold label anybody that shops their knows they’re not inexpensive.I have been doing business with them for a number of years and this has been recent. That’s why we brought more shirts. They’re thinking it was a one off situation but now for the third or fourth week in a row the shirts have come back with black ring around the collar on the top outside not where it touches your skin. Very disappointing to say the least. Let’s hope the owner makes good for them.Service: Organic dry cleaning

UPDATE: One year later, after filing complaints with the BBB and FL Depart. of Consumer Services they issued me a refund and apology. Appreciate it, but I shouldn't have had to go to such lengths.-------This company damaged two of my brand-new, never-worn blazers. They were covered in piling and broken threads all over the garments, including the lapels, making them unpresentable. I complained and the owner supposedly worked on repairing the damage but wasn't able to. I requested compensation for the items as I had to purchase replacements for my upcoming business trip. They categorically refused to offer any resolution. They firmly insist damage to my items is normal practice with their dry cleaning service. I took the issue up with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and they didn't even bother responding.TLDR: Don't expect any resolution if they damage your items. Customers beware, they don't care about your belongings and there is zero customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!
