I ordered flowers for a coworker who lost their grandmother. During the conversation, I shared I wanted something “symphany” white, soft pinks, etc. My coworker received a yellow, orange and red bouquet. Something of a spring/ summertime feel. I called and was told they would make another arrangement and collect the previous order. Really!? This is the solution? I then asked if I would receive credit due to their error. I was told I would receive a $10 credit my bill. ??

I live in Tennessee, and sent a plant as a gift to my cousin in Seminole when her husband passed away recently. So thankful that they were able to deliver the plant to her house on Friday, before the memorial service on Saturday. The plant was beautiful, and greatly appreciated by her family! Had an order accidentally go to this florist instead of one in Oklahoma in a town of the same name. This florist took the time to call and offer to correct the order for me. Amazing service and care. If you need to send flowers in and or around the Seminole Florida area, I definitely recommend you contact this business. Thank you so much for the service you provided today! 5 stars all the way!! After a month since our last visit, my girlfriend and I decided to revisit the Seminole Garden Florist and Party Shop. My first original comment was posted on Google Review about a month ago, and I was more than pleased with the experience we had. Kim, a loyal florist who's been with the shop for nearly a decade, bounced back with another great idea for a mixed set of flowers. We were aiming for a decorative orange and purple set, which resulted in a blended mixture of carnations that were definitely worth the wait. Last time, she was really able to gather a nice set of colors that really captured the spirit of September. Yet again, she was able to pull off another beautiful composition of flowers that we feel will compliment our version of October for this year. Thank you so much Kim, if only I were able to leave another 5 star Google Review. This works anyways as well, see ya in November!

My second time at this florist was even better than the first. Walking in you notice the wide selection of party supplies and beautiful flowers along with a welcoming smile from Kim the lovely florist. Kim helped my boyfriend and I bring our vision for a fall bouquet to life. As per usual we were astonished by how professional and knowledgeable she was. She also wrapped our stunning bouquet and assured it fit our vase. We were also caught off guard by the price which is unbeatable. Overall I highly recommend stopping by to pick up flower arrangements for any occasion and I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Kim!
