It's the public library. There's a little store where they sell used books.

It's a bookstore for the college there, but they also sell to the public. They had really good racks of books, coffee table books to novels, in like new condition for dirt cheap. It's inside the library building and also a great little library, the library can get books sent there fast from other libraries.
