I can't say enough about Stephanie. She is absolutely fabulous. I don't even really know where to start or how to even compliment Stephanie for the job that she did in helping us find a place for my mother. We relocated her from Ohio to Florida and were absolutely dreading the entire process of finding a place due to the Florida real estate market.. Stephanie located some and we were able to make an offer on the 2nd place we saw on the very 1st day going out. Stephanie is a true professional and I have dealt with over 30 real estate transactions in my lifetime and she by far stands at the top of the list and professionalism sense of humor and ability to get the job done. There are a lot of huge companies out there that do real estate and you're just treated like a transaction . With Stephanie you are treated like family. I urge you to go and see her, you will be blown away with her ability.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing.. We did a relocation of my mother from Ohio to Florida and with the real estate market the way it is we're absolutely dreading this process. Stephanie found a few places to look at and literally on the 1st day of going out found the perfect place for my mother. She was incredible through the entire process and treated us like my mother was part of her family. Other big real estate companies out there just treat you like a transaction where Stephanie treated you like you were part of her family as if she were shopping for a place for her own mother. I have gone through many real estate transactions in my lifetime and this one by far stands at the top. If you're thinking about buying or selling I cannot express enough what a favor you'll be doing to yourself to use Stephanie and her team.

Our realtor, Regina, was very knowledgeable, and professional. She knew the area, our property, and what buyers were looking for. She brought in potential buyers who were interested in our type of home. She didn't waste our time just showing our home to anybody and everybody.
