I echo all the comments here regarding this company’s complete lack of communication. They do not return calls, answer emails or inquiries from their portal. Horrible record keeping! They lose payments made and then will not respond except to send your account to collections regardless of the fact that payment was made.

Don't bother trying to send a message using the websites default messaging page or fill out any of the forms. The website states that you'll be contacted within 2 days but the reality is no one is checking the messages. It's a nice office that has a lot of wealthy clients, too bad no one there is intelligent enough to check an email or return a phone call. Receptionist is a total brown-nosing snob

Stay away from this trashy company from the top to the bottom, they’re so useless, rude, unprofessional, give everyone attitude just to ask them to do their job that the homeowners pay them to do. They let community fall apart, never try to solve any issues, when you call for help, the receptionist just give you attitude by picking up the phone, she’s so rude and disrespectful, unprofessional. The whole company is a joke.

THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! Not one person in the Company knows what Customer service even means! They will rip you off at any chance they get, and will NEVER RESPOND TO ANY PHONE CALL OR EMAIL! If this Management Company represents your complex DO NOT RENT OR BUY AT THAT COMPLEX!!!! If the stars were negative PROPERTY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WOULD BE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!Charlotte Churchill is the most unprofessional person on the face of this Earth! She should be barred from any and all Real Estate businesses!

Very disappointed in the professionalism of the receptionist and Heidi. Not only is she not personable at all but very rude and off putting. It’s abundantly obvious neither of them want to be on the phone or resolve issues. I was sent to Heidi’s voicemail 4 times within 3 days, when I reached back out to follow up I was given a “she’s allowed 24 hours to return a call” by the receptionist - in which I let her know it’d been more than 24 hours. When I finally called another office and spoke to the wonderful and friendly Bella, she was more than happy to help me and somehow managed to get me to Heidi first try which in the end was futile given Heidi’s lack of professional or communication.

This is one of those management companies where you have to chase them down via phone, which they don't answer, to get any information. There is no email to ask questions, their online system doesn't allow new customers to register online (has a button that says "Register" but does not take you to a registration page), and their letter communications force you to call to obtain any information on how to pay. Yet, as I mentioned, you will not receive anyone on the other line.How are customers supposed to pay without a coupon book, working online system, or someone to answer the phone?

A complete joke for a management company! If you want a company that doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t have your unit owners best interest in mind then by all means hire them. These people are horrible. I work in the condo association world and work with many property management companies. This one here is a complete joke!

Our board of directors decided to change the management company 2 years ago to Resource property. I have 2 condos managed by them so I knew what the outcome would be for the townhouse I own. So here in 2 years we got: $4000 special assessment and HOA increased 20% the first year of management, this year special assessment of $2000, and unreasonable HOA increase from $583 to $835, for the townhome that is not in flood zone and lacks major amenities. People living here have difficulty paying their morgages, let alone paying $835 HOA fee. Resource property is a dishonest company that boasts about being top employer of the year on their web site at homeowners expense. I asked several times how to reach our board of directors---the answer from Resource property manager " The board directors is an unpaid position and they should not be bothered, all the questions you have you need to email or call us" The goal is to block any feedback or communication OF ANY KIND with the homeowners. As a result of this style of management, our property values will decrease significantly.

Skywater On Call Disaster Recovery Services have been working for Melissa Johnson, LCAM for Resource Property. She is very responsive and knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her as a LCAM for any association in the Tampa Bay Area .

The app forced me to add a star, but if I could give them no stars I would.This company is old school and very reluctant to change with the times. Most of the leadership has been in their positions for 20+ years. As a Board member I can tell you they are responsive when it serves their purpose and otherwise not responsive at all.With all the new legislation coming down the way in Florida, Resource Property Management is struggling to keep up. They say they can't keep employees, well maybe it's the culture in the company they should be looking at. The appearance of our property has diminished under their watch. I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone.
