I used to enjoy shopping at this location, it was neat, clean, and always a pleasant experience. Recently, however, customers are ruining the experience. Is there a reason for anyone to shout to each other from aisle to aisle? Is there any reason for a parent to ignore his/her three school-age boys while they run screaming up and down the aisles? Why do couples need to argue and make a spectacle of themselves? At 36, my niece and nephews (3,5,7,8) would never behave in such a manner with me or their parents. If I wanted the Walmart experience, that is where I would shop, but I doubt management will do anything, so I will shop at Whole Foods.

Don't bother ordering ahead and showing up on time to pick your sub up because it won't be ready. You'll be standing around with a dozen other people waiting on your order. I had this same experience at the Pinellas Park location so I thought I'd give Bardmoor a try. Come to find out they are all the same. Once again out the door with a refund and no sub. Thanks Publix. You just lost another customer. There will not be another chance to make it right as you have burned me once again.

Great place but would it be too much to ask to not have stale crackers at the soup bar? Every single time they are stale. statistically speaking I should have gotten good ones at some point. But never? Try putting Lee's out at a time.

Prices way to high. The bread is now shorter then used to be for same high prices for Bread. This particular one always seems to be snippy with their employees. Bogos are the only good thing, I tend to find bogos for items I would normally buy and when I do no limit on how many. Lots of parking on either side in back or main parking out front. And they really need to change way they have their baggers pack groceries, I've seen them have to much and to heavy especially for elderly.

I used to love this Publix. Came back for the first time in months after moving away and was VERY dissatisfied. I was mortified by the behavior of the popcorn chicken man who decided to debate me on how many ounces was in a pound (I was right). He even went to the extent of pouring the entire container into another container to try and prove his point, and then he was wrong again. He then proceeded to overcharge me for chicken tenders too. On top of everything, they were out of raspberry lemonade. This was a nightmare from Hell.

Why bother to call ahead, when you get to the store and the order is all wrong! So you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to fry the correct order of chicken. Publix, get your act together I know it's hard to get good help, The person reading the order and doing the frying also has to read English too!

This is what i received at Publix today ! We were going to make bologna spread and when we opened the bologna I nearly threw up . This was Publix brand ! Why the woman who cut the tube didn’t see this is beyond me !! Took it back to them and the manager said there’s nothing wrong with it !! No more Publix brand for us !!!

This is my favorite Publix in the area! I have 4 around me and always travel here. Store impecabbly clean, havs tons of variety of various products and they always do a great job of decorating the store for various holidays. Their salute to Veterens this year was over the top. I thanked management. Managers helpful and professional. The customer is definitely number one at Publix.

I've had bad experiences with them in the past but today was over the top I got hung up on when I called customer service and when my daughter went to pick up the things I had ordered she was even treated very poorly - it's a bad location equally bad people there's enough around to go somewhere else

I get a robo call saying my script is ready. I get there, and only one of four is there, all from same doctor, called in at the same time. The very common meds that 10s of millions of people use are "factory ordered", but they can have tomorrow. I tell them they probably have them in stock, if they can just look, so they look and are surprised they are in stock. But at least another hour to get them from the shelf right behind the pharmacist. Bunch of sloths here, with no understanding of medicine. "Please wait a few days for your high blood pressure pill, and go to the emergency room when you start stroking out."
