“The move was traumatic for Safety Harbort townies. One or two of the full time veteran staff retired before or after the move. After a few transitions , the post office handles the flow of customers, while also being friendly and knowledgeable. I hope we make it through the election . The usps in general must handle the mail in ballots expediently and honestly. .”
“I go there often as right up the road. I thought it was closed a couple years ago, but it is actually sharing space and located in the pharmacy/jewelry store. Usually no line or one other person.”

“I really like the Cleveland st. Clearwater Post Office. They have great staff and customer service. I have been going there for 20 years and 98% of the time the customer service is fantastic, and professional. I always notice when people treat you with interest, courtesy and want to give you the best service. This Post Office should be commended or rewarded for their customer care. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it to help me with my postal services I need. That includes the PO Box. It is a great service. Well done!!!!”
“I had a great experience with the manager of this location last Dec (2022) I should have written this review then. He was very kind and helped with a strange situation with getting a new key to our mailbox. I wish I could remember his name but it was friendly, professional service, much appreciated!”
“We came to the area for vacation, my daughter got loved ones some postcards we came to The Madeira branch. We had the best customer service, Gina was who helped us she made our visit an experience, she let me daughter pick and choose her stamps from the pack letting her pick her favorites. Just all around cheerful and helpful. Gina its the small things. Thank you!”

“The two ladies working at this office at about 11am on a Monday are probably the most friendly and helpful postal employees or for that matter any staff member or employee of any business I’ve needed service at, and I’m trying not to exaggerate. Given that they are civil service and will probably keep those jobs regardless of how they treat the public makes me appreciate them even more. Frankly I’m thinking of going back tomorrow even though I need absolutely nothing from the post office! Just kidding, but seriously, good people!”

The post office and its workers are what makes our country so great, many folks depend on it to get medicine and important things for survival. Without the USPS we'd be a third world country fr those are just facts. Much love”
“I arrived 20-30 minutes early for my passport appointment without forms, check or picture. Sat and filled out my forms, had picture taken and purchased a money order right at the counter to pay the government fees. Fast and friendly service, was in and out in no time, and 2 1/2 weeks later my passport arrived. Highly recommend this post office for passport service! Thanks!”
“I'm using this post office on regular basis, right now it's s but of a mess outside the parking lot is being redone and the surface is wild specially after rain. They renovated the inside lobby and have installed a new machine so you can print your labels.”

“My package was lost. Supervisor Dave found it and had it delivered the house. I appreciate the hard work. I know this job isn’t easy.
The front desk employees were very helpful and patient trying to locate my package. I was able to witness several pleasant interactions with customers/employees. One employee stopped a customer from accidentally dropping off a FedEx package while she was in the middle of a transaction. It’s refreshing to see those small acts of kindness.

“Worst experience ever, trying to get an associate on the phone. Simple information like, "Which post office in my area can I do a lost passport ID card replacement application. The automated system keeps you going in a never ending round and round and round and round for hours.”
“They’re always friendly when I’ve visited. I’ve been coming here for a few years and actually drive a bit further to come to this location as the one on 77th St has a grumpy employee. It’s especially important to go to a happy post office like this one during Christmas — they’re cheerful and patient with people.”
“I went in to ship my package this morning the lady was amazing even tho they don't accept cash she put me in the right direction for a atm she was so nice I asked her If she had bubble rap to buy as I was shipping a phone to my mom she told me she didn't sell it but she cut off a pice of her own and wrapped my phone very nicely and put it in its box wial I wrote out the addresses she was so sweet and very friendly I do not understand these reviews maybe these reviews are to someone els that I didn't deal with as it was only one woman and the woman I dealt with was super sweet will definitely go back if I ever have to ship something”
