Paid for a cleaning and literally got back a computer that had a spiderweb in it and noticeable dust still all over the fans and everything. Unbelievable!

What's trying to find a way to give negative stars? They should definitely make that for reviews. Pinellas Computers of Tyrone So on September 9 my daughter brought her laptop to them the problem was the right side hinge froze and broke the back cover. Then gave a estimate for repair when I asked why is the screen being replaced they said it was broken. When I informed them that it was not broken when we brought it to them. They admitted that they cracked it so they would not charge me. I was pissed they tried that. Then we get another call the keys stick another way to get 90 dollars unfortunately they weren't ever a problem declined that. 3 weeks after doing the hinge and back cover replacement now they found a new problem that's directly attached to the hinge. That part comes in broken and now there's no stock anywhere but finds one thats 6xs the price. now I am a very upset customer and the manager offers me to put back all the broken parts and charge me nothing or take it as is. This place is a complete scam they will just keep trying for that extra. And they shipped it to the Clearwater location for faster service stay away and be very careful.

VERY poor customer service. Follow-up with Ryan M assumed he was the owner as stated on Linedin, proved to be a waste of time, he was rude and could care less that I was a returning customer. He never apologized for the one employee's totally inappropriate behavior. He informed me that there was a surveillance video, (WHO KNEW), as the proper signage is not clearly visible and no employee said I was being taped in the store. The bad vibe at this store is not worth wasting your time when there are so many other places. Being a business owner myself for over 18 years, I would never accept nor defend such horrendous treatment of customers by my employees, managers or owners.

I just ordered a custom gaming PC and the whole process was an absolute pleasure. I came in with a list of components I wanted with a target budget and they knocked it out of the park! Everything I wanted exactly how I wanted it, and they even stuck to my budget estimate almost exactly. After taking it home i discovered a very minor oversight in the build and they took full responsibility and corrected it immediately. Superb service and professionalism at fair prices. The whole crew is amazing, and special kudos to Ethan, Bob and Ryan in particular. 100% recommended!

Absolutely terrible experience. Brought a laptop in to have them take a look at a port issue. The laptop had been dropped two feet onto carpet and also had a possible power problem. The guy who took my info sold me the sun the moon and the stars. “We will definitely be able to fix this. Tell your husband no worries at all, we can 100% take care of this. We can fix this for sure, should be like $200, might be up to like $400 but we can get it fixed up no matter what. CALL YOUR HUSBAND and tell him everything will be fine!” So I did! That evening of hope was apparently what I spent $60 because the next day I got an email estimate saying the only option was to replace the entire laptop. (And the replacement option they gave was not even close to comparable) They even sent a second email asking if we wanted them to “just recycle” it for us. THEN they never called when they said they would, wouldn’t answer the phone when I called. Went up to the location only to find dude still has the laptop open (two hours after we got the estimate that it was trash now) only to “show” me that the motherboard was completely broken, but only in a way that I can’t actually see with my eyes. BUT at the same time, the guy tells me they don’t actually have the proper equipment to find the specific problem or fix the specific problem. So he can’t even tell me for sure that the laptop IS broken in the way he’s saying, it could 100% just be a loose port BUT he won’t touch it because they can’t guarantee their work. FAR CRY from “do you want us to just recycle it?” Lol Now I’m wondering how many other people in the area they’ve made paid $60 just to steal their semi working laptop by telling them it’s trash, just to fix a port issue and keep the $1600 laptop. BY THE WAY, Best Buy fixed the port for $140 and it works perfectly. Just go to Geek Squad.

I hate people that think they are the end all , be all of their profession. Nothing more then an average computer person, nothing more. Failure to respond to people is going to bring you further down the scale.

When my Dell laptop would not power up I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They indicated the problem was not the internal battery or the charger but most likely with the internal circuitry. They quoted a potentially expensive repair but suggested maybe I should just buy a new computer. I was on the verge of buying a new computer for about $750 when I became aware of Pinellas Computer. I took my laptop there and for a diagnostic fee of only $60 they were able to get my Dell working again. The Geeks were going to have me turn this $1000 Dell into an expensive paperweight. From now on when having computer issues I am going to Pinellas Computers !

Charles and Bob are THE BEST! I enrolled in their monthly service program which has paid for itself time and time again. As a sole small business owner I know when I am over my limit as my own IT dept. and Charles has never let me down. I am now looking to upgrade my service with them to their Business Solution program. Charles is impressive because of his knowledge and even more so because he is such a professional and so polite when dealing with the crazy questions I ask! Get on the monthly service program with them...best money I spend every year!
