Made an appt online for the next day. Upon arrival, the appt is not in the system at the location indicated. Young man was nice enough to honor the appt. However, the wait time was 3 hours. I saw my car sitting in the air for 45 mins with no mechanic doing work. There was plenty of chatting and laughing by several employees around my car, but no one was working on it.
Upon existing, a different young man tried to charge me $80 more than the price indicated when I arrived. Good thing the young man who processed the intake order was still there. After leaving, I noticed my icon on the dashboard flashing CHECK TIRE. The pressure was low. I travel back to Tire Plus..same young man that wanted to overcharge me took a drive in my car and brought it back with air pressure up to 43 (normal is 36), my display moved from showing me the tire pressure (as if I didn't know how to reset it back the way I had it. I was also told by my two family members that my new tires don't look new... Needless to say, I WILL never shop there again.

Stopped in to Petco to get three crickets for my sons and Noel lizard that he just caught. I’m inside the house they were so friendly and nice. The crickets would’ve been like five cents maybe for all of them they gave them to us free and just were really knowledgeable with the animals and great experience.

Went to get a bath ,nail trim and teeth brushed …. Left with a bath and dog still had tear poop in eyes very unhappy ☹️ no more Petco for me . Was told to take my dog to vet …. Called and spoke to manager and was told to call tomorrow so not professional waist of money… the grooming staff was nice but nice don’t get the job done…. So unfortunate.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Nikki, Ryan, and Dalton as we were getting a new fish tank and fish tonight! Our previous tank broke and so we were in dire straits to get a new one picked out and established to get our fish back to normalcy. Nikki went above and beyond to help explain different fish to us and provide absolutely wonderful customer service and advice. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!
Ryan and Dalton helped us grab our new tank and check out without hesitation. Ryan pointed out a bucket discount that saved us 20% on almost everything PLUS he got us signed up for a new membership which saved us an additional 15% and gave us a $5 off coupon. He and Dalton helped my husband and I load up the new 55 gallon tank (I am 9 months pregnant so this was super appreciated) with such friendly attitudes. The level of care and customer service that all 3 of them supplied us with was more than we could have asked for and we can't thank them enough!

The aquatics manager here is awesome! I had some questions about my new tank and she was SO helpful and knowledgeable! She helped me even though she was busy and then personally walked me up to the register to make sure the SKU was right on the plants I got. The tanks overall look great, all the fish are very happy and there is a great variety, even some shrimp.
I like that this is a relatively small store, everything is easy to find and I always see familiar faces when I shop here for cat food etc. The animals all seem well cared for.

I never had a problem there the lady couldn't read how many Oz on my phone wasn't clear to her she looked it up said they changed the price she was worried about loosing her job so I left got home looked it up and it was even less than what I showed her not happy

3 times over the past two months, I've gone into the Aquatics dept. and could not get ANYONE in that store to respond to me. I'm patient...but I was about ready to net my own fish for they couldnt get ANYONE to address my request. Just left! During the day...they usually have someone...but after 5pm...forget it!
**Edit** Went into the store yesterday before 4pm and spoke with Katie. She is the Aquatics guru. She does know her stuff and can communicate it. I bought the three Tetras I wanted (totally amazed in her netting skills)...as well as some frozen Krill and proceeded to the counter.
It's darn near 100 degrees outside. The woman at the register asks if I want to buy food from an assortment of items as a charity. I say.."No..Thank you!" Then she asks..."would you like to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar for a charity" AGAIN...I say "No...Thank you! " Then she asks.."Would you like a bag? They are 10 cents apiece!!" WHAT??? In 100% of the stores I go to...they have darker bags to prevent the fish from being spooked while being transported. No bag! The frozen foods are typically wrapped in paper and placed in a plastic bag to prevent melting. In this case...no paper..no bag! When I arrived home...placed the bag of fish in my tank to acclimate...and put the NOW 50% MELTED Krill shrimp in the freezer and I'm only 8 minutes from my home.
C'mon PETCO. 10 cents for a bag after you grill them for donations at the counter? Surprised you didn't ask 10 cents for the water you have in the bag!

We recently bought some fish from Petco. The person in the aquarium department was quite helpful. Unfortunately the fish all died. Petco has a replacement guarantee of the fish die within 30 days so we went back. The water in the aquarium tested ago so we picked out more fish, again with the helpful person in the aquarium department.
When we went to checkout the man there became very nasty. When my wife said will just try this again the man said no we won't and went to check with the manager. He then cam back and checked us out, with no charge for the fish. However, he told us it happens again we would be banned from the store. This isn't really a problem since we won't go this store again.
This is a one-star review only since zero stars isn't an option.

Went here earlier today and couldn't find a ball that goes by the name of Kong. Can your store get another more of those by that name brand. I don't want to travel too far to find a Petco that has those in stock. I like this Petco store, but really want to buy one for my dog DD.
