We've come in three times to solve a simple issue of an locked account. First time they said the branch On the beach is closing in the next few weeks and can't help us - so we went to Seminole. They told us to make a call and sent us home. We call and are told to come back yet again. Unreal and super difficult process. Not to mention this line is unbelievable. Hire more people.

In here on a Saturday at 11:00 and they have ONE teller. There is a huge line almost out the door. Very poor customer service. Each transaction seems to be taking over 5 min per customer.

Nice people BUT drive thru not open on Saturdays . 1 or 2 tellers on Saturday and 12th in line currently. Bad planning and execution on peak times

The only problem I have with this bank was their drive thru was very slow. Now granted there was only one teller at the time. but they could have moved a lot quicker
