Poor service from a guy working there at 1pm on 7/19/24. Literally trying to pay my bill and dude wouldn't even acknowledge me. Do NOT recommend this location

More than willing to help. I had to get my phone reactivated Elvin didn't over overcharge me like they do at the largo mall location (don't go there). Was easy going and very polite. Didn't try to sell you everything in the store like most places. Highly recommend going to this location.

Best experience I've had with metro. The guy that worked with helped me get what I wanted and he kept it easy, didn't try to push anything I didn't need and was very friendly.

Went here to get a new phone...the girl who works on Saturdays was very pushy and gave incorrect info. I wanted an upgrade and she told me the prices listed for the phones were only for new phone numbers and that I would need to pay about $140 more for the phone. I went online and found the same phone for $30 cheaper PLUS I called another Metro store and was told that this girl was incorrect and the price listed in the store would be the price I would pay...not $140 more like she told me! The guy who usually works at this store is awesome.....definitely wouldn't go back if I had any issues if she's working that day....felt like I was being scammed.

I went to the location off Seminole Blvd and 70th Ave to have my friends photo suspended since it was stolen at at the St Pete Living Center off Park Blvd. The store manager was helpful in suspending the phone for me but wouldn't give me a print out documenting the suspension. He showed me it on the monitor but a paper receipt of service change would of been nice. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 stars.

There is a nice girl working there she is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately that is becoming more and more rare anymore so she made my experience a good one. If you have metro or t-mobile go there she will take good care of you.

Ive worked with Elvin for years he's great and his customer service is impeccable. This last week I went in to pay my bill and make some changes to my plan, when I asked for him I was told he's transferred to anotjer location. Hesitant to even continue in store I decided to give it a try rather then drive that distance. Brian was the customer service agent that day and he was awesome helped me out without any Hassel he was polite and made sure all the changes were done fast and accurately. This is my go to location thank you all for always being so great.
