I purchased my European hair wig. And it’s losing its hair daily. They tried to exchange my 150 thickness wig with a 130 thickness we seen it on the tag of the replacement wig. We declined the exchange. the thinning of my wig Created a caved in areas on my wig. Do not buy from these people. They will not make good on my purchase. Dishonest. And I depend on my wig because of being bald from chemotherapy. Pathetic.

We purchased a 150% thickness human hair wig with proper maintenance and washing the hairs began to fall out. We were offered a exchange but when the new wig arrived the tag said 130% not 150% thickness and we declined the exchange.
When we called the store to have them order the correct thickness we were accused of cutting the wig and damaging it.
You can see new hair loss in the photo. The long pieces of hair you see in this photo is actually the hair sliding down totally detached.
Buyer beware your wig will begin to thin in 30 days
Note: store replied to this post. If they did indeed supply us with 150% thickness the post wouldn’t have been created in the first place. We know the thickness of the wig they provided us as replacement because it was on the Tag of the wig.
So they now have an added complaint, lying to their customers.

Beautiful shop. Irena and her team are very professional, helpful and caring. I love Merle Norman products. I have recently purchased the liquid eyeliner and I must admit that it is one of the best on the market. The make up remover wipes are excellent, leaving the skin moistured without irritating my eyes. The eyeylines are also so smooth. The skincare selection is great, love the fact that there is no paraben, gluten etc.

Kathleen is an excellent aesthetician. She provides personal and customer service and knows a lot of information concerning skin care, make up and related items. I go to her regularly for waxing and facial treatments she’s amazing I would highly recommend her to others. She spends lots of time providing advice has significantly helped me with the anti-aging process. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My mother was shopping for a wig for her cancer treatment and they made her feel very comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. Not only did they make her feel beautiful but they sent her home with gifts as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Merle Norman if you are looking for an affordable and high quality wig coupled with staff that treat you like their family! ❤️
