“These ladies are great! Not only did they call me 30 minutes past my appointment to verify if I was still coming ( I was, I forgot!) they held my appointment. When I got there they were friendly and efficient. But I did not feel rushed, instead extra time was taken to find my vein and make sure I was comfortable. Thank you!”

“We made an appointment for 11 AM but got out of a nearby doctor appointment just before 10 so walked over then. We were able to get in about 10 minutes later rather than wait until our appointment time. The only negative was that the receptionist was rather brief in her response making it unclear whether we would need to wait until 11.”

Then they take you back and take whatever they need to perform the tests your doctor has requested. They have always been very professional and courteous. The facility is clean. Lab results have always been returned promptly and available to view in the on-line portal.”

“Other than those questions they are required by law to ask during the screening process, these organization really came through for me both in treatment and screening. They are gentle, informative, and go above and beyond to bring you the best of medical treatment and prescriptions at the lowest cost for you, which typically is little to none. Everything is confidential even when they call you back so nobody in the lobby needs to know your name. Compared to how I was treated at places like the Catholic hospital or the health department, the staff here are exemplary providers and it's a pleasure to receive care from them.”

“I recently spent (12) days in ICU and (7) days in the Rehabilitation section at the Palms of Pasadena Hospital. I experienced nothing but professional and personal care. From the staff to housekeeping everyone was friendly, and helpful. They made me feel, as if I was their only patient. The entire staff needs to be recognized, but several deserve special thanks and recognition. “My advice is to make an appointment vice walking in. Just show up 15 minutes prior. You get what you ask for. I understand it is not always possible, but I made an appointment and was seen earlier than my scheduled time slot. Staff was excellent. Professional, courteous and a fun bunch.”

The phlebotomist was the most professional I've ever encountered. It seemed liked they were filming a training video because she was so incredibly professional and pleasant. She rates as the best!!!”
“What a very nice facility. Very clean and brightly lit! The staff is very, very friendly! I love the gentleman that drew my blood. He was awesome! Thank you for having such a marvelous staff! I have one piece of advice. Could you please put some sort of table? Over where the check in areas is! The reason is, people with purses have to put the pressed on the floor the gentleman that their day was dropping his paperwork all Uber the floor because he couldn't hold it at the same time. Check it in! Thank you for listening.”
