I thought Tom was pretty decent and did a good job getting my computer to run like new. He did put a ssd drive which sped up the boot time the computer goes through at start up. It seems to work very good and i have no issues.

Been using Tom for dozens of years. In general, I think he's great. Unfortunately, the last upgrade he did installing a SSD was really a disappointment to me. Now I want to upgrade my PC to make it VR and Windows 11 compatible. But I am reluctant to use him again. I hope he responds to this post.

Lacey computers is one of the places when you go to you'll see he's so involved in fixing computers and things like that he doesn't think of selling you anything so you got a kind of asked him what he has to sell... He's a true technician

Called ahead to ask for a quote on fixing my PC, was told there was a 100 dollar flat rate plus parts. Had my dad take it in while i was at work, he was told its a 135 flat rate plus parts. When i went to pick it up i was told it was 145 flat rate plus parts.The price increased 3 times and he installed so much unnecessary software on it, slowed it down to the point i just got rid of it instead.
