Friendly staff. I was able to get in and out (even though I was late.) There were two staff members working. Keep in mind this appt only. No walk in.

This is "Brenda's" work. She said she was a phlebotomist! Large hematoma & bruise. (They've turned off "upload photo" today) It was short staffed & I was rushed through. Unprofessional & there are better run labs nearby.

My wait time and location were both very satisfactory however the person at the desk was rude. The same person did the blood draw and I ended up with a horrendous bruise, probably because she was talking to another employee, while at the same time, taking a phone call from another person. The swelling from the bruise is still bad after several hours. I've had draws several times in the last few months and that employee was always courteous and the stick was hardly noticeable.

Two receptionist (male and female) on 8/4/23 not friendly. They gave condescending and snarky responses when addressing me. I walked in and greeted them but instead of a Hello or Good Morning they responded “use the kiosk”. They maintained giggling and talking with each other. At one point the man said “girl why’d you check in so many times” to which the other girl who was very dry up to this point, laughed historically in a very exaggerated way. Working in healthcare, addressing your patient as ‘girl’ is too unprofessional if there’s absolutely no relationship established. Decent customer service, or at the very least treating your patients like people should be standard. If you’re unhappy with your job get a new one, don’t take it out on everyone else.

They have two new employees that are permanently staffed at this location. My experience was the exact opposite of the previous reviews listed for this location. I checked in at the kiosk at 6:09 for a 6:30 AM appointment. The kiosk informed me there was a 6:15 AM appointment available and I chose to accept it. Moments later Mike ushered me into the back where he efficiently took one vial of blood. I was out the door by 6:23 AM. Less than 15 minutes inside this establishment.

Very friendly and thorough staff. Place seemed very cleaned. Easy parking lot access. But lawdy get more staff to get folks with appointments in and out! I know staff shortages are everywhere. I'm just letting folks know to not expect appointments to start on time. My patience is a work in progress for sure.

Friendly staff but crazy wait times. Even with appointments. So if you are in a rush and have to get in and out. That won't be happening for you!

Been going to Labcorp for years. I've followed the staff since they were on Park Street. Would never go anywhere else. This new office is clean, quiet, and nicely put together. Staff is awesome and always kind.

First, off I am a very very hard stick, even when I’m very well hydrated. I will never see anyone else but Edy…..she knows what’s she’s doing and only took, what felt like 2 seconds m, to find a vein and got me on the 1st stick! It didn’t even hurt!As far as the facility itself, upon opening the door you are greeted and informed to check at 1 of the 2 kiosks they have. There’s literally no paperwork because there you scan your drivers license top (see the bottom holder in the pic). Once you scan your identification and insurances, every Populates onto the screen for any changes you may need to make. Very simple, I was there maybe 5 mins. Outstanding!!!

Expect to wait at least an hour. Woefully understaffed.
