I called to see if they do oil changes (simply because I called two other shops and they didn’t).
The guy that answered the phone treated me like that was the dumbest question ever.

On 3/21/24 our Tahoe heated up, I called immediately Jeff he suggested to have it towed in. He told us they were booked on Friday. Amazing but, where still able to get it done on Friday.
We appreciate your fast service. So we would have it by the weekend.

Hummel is trustworthy and keeps my vehicle up-to-date with necessary repairs. They also keep their promise when completion of services are promised!!! Hummel staff help in times of urgency, too (they made room for my vehicle when I lost tire pressure due to a nail on a Friday afternoon. I was at risk for a flat tire if I waited til Monday).

If you're looking to get the best service, here's your place! Harry helped me with the best quality ties for my van. I've had my breaks done here, many oil changes and they are consistent on their quality work and customer service.

Will not return, when the girls ran it I felt comfortable I was not being ripped off. I don't feel that way anymore. Went in for oil change cost me $1400. 2 lug nuts were stripped, that's the only place the tires were ever touched. So who stripped the lug nuts? Cost me $300 something for back one and $100 something for front one. Take me off your list please.

Rear car lights wouldn't go off and ran battery down over the week-end. Had emergency road service come and jump start my car and immediately took to Hemmel's . When I checked in the receptionist/check in person was very pleasant and helpful. I told her the issue I had and she immediately thought it was a particular part that needed to be replace. I left my car and got a call from the shop and they had repaired the car and charged the battery (no need to replace). Very pleasant and easy process. Very pleased.

These are the biggest scam artists there ever was. $75 diagnostic when all said and done is $280. Nothing is done the way they they say they are going to do it. You will end up with more problems than you came with. Shady business.

I am a regular customer because they are extra helpful when needed like checking my Car enigine light being on with a quick check to see if it was minor so I could know quickly if I needed to Leave it there and get a Rental..Result was that the Oil Cap was on wrong and that fixed it..
