Largo home depot does not care abt customers. No help. No assistance. Climb the shelves to get wht you need. Manager is a No show. No help ever to load. No cashier ever in store only self chk out. Drive on by. If you must shop at home depot..park blvd is so much more customer service appreciated.

It's not easy to find reps there to help you. When you do find them, they don't know the answer. I have had a few that did help, but far and few between.

I went to purchase brass fittings for sink. Service in Isle is excellent.Went to the cashier line . 1 person in front of me . Lady called me out of line said she could help me done the way. She then pointed at self checkout. Home Depot doesn't pay me to run a register and then there were 3 people in cashier line. Go to cashier line keep people employed instead of expecting customers to do a job somebody should get paid for . Corporate greed is going to far

Needed help with lumber. All the employees standing around in small groups talking to each other, nobody responding to pages. I felt like I would be disturbing them to have further asked for assistance. I left my cart in the lumber isle and headed for Lowes.

Hey Home Depot - when you email/text a customer that their order is ready to be picked up....common sense says it should be available to pick up! Went to your store to pick it up and was told "it's still in receiving and we're very busy today, we'll call you when it's ready." Well, that's not what your text/email said!! Wasted my time, now I have to go back again. DO BETTER HOME DEPOT!

Paid for same day express delivery same day. Nope. 9 days. Takes them 9 days for express delivery. Refunding the money does not fix the problem.

I was hoping to find some nylon reinforced tubing. They were out but checked Internet and said they had some at a sister store. Went to that one and got my tubing. Great staff.
