“i may have already written a review but i wanted to make sure i applaud this urgent care again! I've been to this location a few times for different issues and they've all been treated with excellent care and compassion as well. The staff at the front desk are extremely efficient and i've never had an issue with insurance, billing, even the candy bowl at the front desk (always a nice selection)! Every single person i've seen behind the doors has been not only knowledgeable and kind but personable. This urgent care has an x-ray machine and i was super grateful for it in one of my visits. On this same visit I came in almost an hour before close and they still gave me the comprehensive care i needed, including x-rays even though i can only assume it was more work for them. I was SO embarrassed when i realized I came in so close to closing but my heart was warmed because i didn't even realize until days later. The staff never treated it like an issue but i would never do that again and i recommend that no one else does if you can help it! I would (and do) come to this urgent care over and over again!”

“I have been with Our Family Doctors for over 25 years starting with Dr Rae. I started seeing Eric Smith PA not long after Dr Rae left the practice. Eric is brilliant. I can't imagine any reason to switch Doctors.”
“I don’t know why all of the bad reviews. I’ve gone here around 5 times and I’m in and out quickly. The doctors, nurses and staff are friendly and attentive and even if I’ve come in much earlier than my appointment my wait time is still very short. Great place and if your insurance will cover it I highly recommend.”
