Terrible. I’ve gone here for years. Appointments recently keep getting rescheduled and they tell me the day of so I always call out of work for nothing. And today I call off again, had to fight for the day off. I call the doctors office to let them know I’m running late and they say it’s fine but when I get there I’m turned away after they take my money and have my wait.
They’re inconsiderate and there was no one else waiting to be seen so I don’t get why I was turned away for being a little late.

ok, now they're a 1. First of all it's rare that you'll actually see the doctor. That's ok if you just need to refill a prescription or something. However the rest of the time you see a nurse and the last one i saw was incompetent. That's why going on 2 years i'm still receiving treatment. Elsewhere.
They have the best front office of any doctor I've been to lately. You get in pretty quickly after your appointment time.

I have been to Dr Bellingar for years. Love her. I now also see Dr Indianos aka Dr I, I am so happy that the two doctors have teamed up together. However, the Innovacare scheduling needs much improvement. Miss schedule thru the dr office.

I like my primary. Great first visit. Came back a month later for simple lab results and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with no update. Went to ask how much longer as I had another appointment 1.5 hours after my scheduled visit here. They stated another 15-20 minutes until I would be seen- which would’ve been 45-50 minutes past my appointment time. Very disappointed as I schedule things appropriately based on a busy schedule and there was no communication.

I would give negative stars if that was possible. I have not seen Dr. Bellingar but was seen by a PA and Dr. Indianos, both who have left a lot to be desired. It took almost 2 months to get a referral for a dermatologist and it’s taking weeks to get a PT referral. They did put one through for my low back but that wasn’t the issue. Still working on getting the correct PT referral. I saw Dr. Indianos and had a few issues to discuss, one being an earache. She didn’t even look in my ear. I had pain in my left arm and got an order for an ultra sound and when that didn’t show anything they left it at that. My blood work came back with a few issues, kidney function and pre-diabetes, but according to her, I was just fine. If you want a Doctors office that couldn’t care less, then this is the place for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bridget Bellingar’s for 16 years and have also been treated by most of the knowledgeable staff. In the 5 years following Covid 19, the entire medical community came under serious scrutiny and most professionals were faced with many long hours and advised to adhere to very special guidelines.
Dr. Bellingar’s staff rolled up their sleeves and kept seeing all patients who needed care, sometimes staying late into the evenings. Most of us understood that getting well and staying well was going to be more time consuming than ever before, due to all of the legal and sanitary demands.
Our world has changed! Insurance companies are more involved with our healthcare than ever before, requiring more information from doctors, staff, and patients.
I thank the entire staff for their unfailing determination and taking care of my many needs, and they were many!
When I walk up to the glass window to greet the staff, I always enjoy their sincere smiles and appreciate it when they mention an emergency happened and we’re a little behind. Then I meditate in their lobby with their very special music on the TV.
If you want to feel like you are getting the best medical care in a true family doctors office, please call Dr.Bellingar and Associates.

After 40 years of health care through the military I was skeptical about transferring to a civilian provider when forced to do so at Medicare age. A friend recommended Dr Bellingar and what a blessing! I only wish it happened sooner. Whether seeing the doctor or the PA it is the best care I have received in many years. I now have continuity of care and someone to synchronize my health care given my many issues. Thank you Bellingar and Associates for your exceptional standard of care.
