When I walked through the door five years ago, I saw her from across the room and knew it was love at first bike. 2019 Trek X-Caliber 7. Since then, I've averaged about 25 miles a week year round, and these folks keep her running like new. From the moment you walk in, till the moment you roll back out, you'll receive nothing but kind, attentive, and professional solutions. I'm sixty-eight years old and these guys help me love my life and everything in it. Especially my bike.

I gotta tell ya that Trek Bicycle Seminole is da bomb! ☺ Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to visit the shop. My favorite thing about this shop is that no one tries to upsell you. In fact, the techs have saved me money with their suggestions. Dropped my Townie off for yearly maintenance. I do a lot of off road and she's always muddy, and other bike shops over the years have returned the bike to me just as muddy as when I dropped it off, but Trek returned a brand new bike, didn't even recognize it. Very nicely done. They are also very generous to allow you to park in thier lot while you bike the trail.

Very disappointed today when I stopped in the shop to see if they could charge the electric shifters on the bike they sold me. The mechanic looked at my bike and said he could not, that he did not have the charger. I know they probably have at least 20 bikes there for sale with electric shifters. The fact that he didn’t care to try, didn’t care if they could provide this service says a lot to me. I often spend money in local bike shops to support them so that they will be there when I need them. I will certainly find alternative options when cheaper before spending my money with this shop.

Austin & the Tech we’re helpful and not only finding what I was looking for but also a bike frame pump that was full of features that I would need the next day on my ride around Lake Okeechobee.

Stopped by today with a missing screw in my cleat and the other one just hanging. New employee John found a replacement and took care of with no charge!!! You can't beat a great local bike shop!!

Great bike rental experience. Excellent customer service.
Rented nice road bikes for 100 /day includes pedals, helmet,bike lock, lights, and some tools JIC. Bikes where in great shape and the shop is on the Pinellas Trail. We rode that one and several others to get to St. Pete Beach.
