CVS should send other CVS teams to this location to learn how to deliver exemplary service- every single one of their pharmacy staff are kind, efficient, knowledgeable and consistently deliver incredible service. They truly work as a team, helping and supporting one another. I have lived in multiple states, including Rhode Island, where CVS’s headquarters is located and none compare to this location… please recognize this team!

I stopped in for a few small items.
Anthria (name on the receipt) was the cashier that rang up my purchase.
Such a sweet and kind person!!!
It's not very often we see people like her.
She is a fast and efficient worker.

I knew I really needed a brace for my ankle. As soon as I got the brace home the strap broke. I called the store. I informed Annie the cashier working tonight (02/20/24). When I came in she had gotten the brace I bought from the back of the store & tested to make sure it worked. Thank you!

Repeatedly have issues. Doctors send over prescriptions to be filled and they say they never received it. They will fill one of them sent over but not all of them. This happens monthly with multiple family members. Time to find a new pharmacy after over 40 years

We made an appointment on the CVS website for a Covid booster shot. We put in all of our insurance information. They gave us an appointment we showed up today and they told us they do not take Florida Blue insurance and sent us to Walgreens. completely unacceptable. They have lost my business!

Everyone at this CVS in the pharmacy is very nice & kind. Had an issue with getting a prescription refilled & they went out of their way to help me through it & even filled it for me while they were closed during their lunch period so I didn’t need to go long without the medication I rely on. I want to thank them all, especially Stephanie for helping me out! Apologies for being a nightmare customer also sometimes (nobody is perfect but I wear my flaws on my CVS customer sleeve unfortunately.)

I'm from out of town.My 1 year old needed meds for pneumonia, so we came here. The lady at the window was incredibly rude. She actually said So, A we can't blah blah blah B, I don't know why they would blah blah blah. She was so rude and short. Don't start counting down the alphabet to me like I am your child. They need to have more training in Customer service and friendly attitude.

Your standard national drugstore chain with access to pharmaceutical products plus all sorts of junk food and plastic articles. Not much different from any other CVS locations around the country.
