Was told $1026 on the phone for a 6 month auto premium, so I paid and was told it should issue even lower at 977. Then two weeks later in the app it shows I owe an additional $581 and a doc that says "The Insurance Premium is $630.35 higher than what was originally quoted." Says to contact the agent for more info, after a month of repeatedly asking why the increase and even getting in touch with the State Farm corporate office they keep saying "with everything going on in the insurance world these days the underwriting team is behind"... buying auto insurance should not be this difficult and it shouldn’t take a month to get a straight answer as to why something like this happened. Willing to remove this if resolved.

Excellent customer service! Saved me over 60/mon! I was going to give only 4 stars because my little packet was missing my insurance cards. That's kind of a big thing! But when I called them and told Linda, my agent, she offered to drop them by my home on her lunch hr! Now that is going the extra mile! Looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship!
