I placed an order for checks over 3 weeks ago. Called today and they said wait a few more days. I said if I don't get them by next week I may close my account. He said ok. Have a great day. They didn't bother to look up the date I ordered the checks. Poor customer service. Don't bother to go out of your way to tell me what I want to hear.

Horrible service. They literally lost $50K of mine. It was "floating around and no one, either at the bank, nor their central banking knew where it was. I was told by the representative at this bank that I shouldn't use on line transfers but to go into the bank or send a check. HELLO?? I later was told the money was sent back to the original financial institution. I called and they had no record of it being sent back. Then, 4 days later, it showed up in my account. I decided to close my account because of the shoddy service. Now, I had $150k in the account. I was told I would get a check. After 2 weeks, I called and was told it takes a while. Then, after 3 weeks, I called the branch again. My calls were not being returned. I decided to call the central number to get the status of my check. Then, I was told the check was is suspension because they had to make a 3-way call with me and the original financial institution to verify that the account I transferred the money from was really mine. I can't believe that!! Okay, so, why didn't someone call me to tell me that? The only way I found out was through my call asking for the status of my check. The rep at the this Chase Branch, did nothing!! In fact, she ghosted me for being concerned that they "lost" my $50k. I later heard of others having dealt with her saying she was so incompetent. How does a bank keep someone like that??

The staff gave me misleading information on my first visit. After calling Chase about it I went back again to try to get help and the staff sat around and did nothing to help. There were several people waiting for help for over 15 minutes as agents did nothing to help.

It's easy to say No to a Customer & also easy to write a negative review.This morning the Staff were friendly, professional and LISTENED to my request. It was simple but a bit uncommon. After some brief discussion amongst themselves, a pleasant Manager stepped in and took care of the matter quickly & efficiently.So refreshing at a time when Customer Service continues to slip at so many institutions & businesses. Thank You Chase Seminole. Well Done !!!

Thus far since I've banks. With Chase Bank, I've had non-issue in or of any problems. Also in helping me though any situation from time even helped me gained lawyer to pursue fraud or identity theft. They are understanding unlike some Banks to just look at you questioned knowing it's a win case. they would suggest anything of not involved. Some time other banks will not help you retrieve documents no farther then 2 -3 month. Or question about closed and reopening accounts.Chase Bank I've loved to have a card on hand but my Driver's license is savvy. Thank you so much Chase Bank.

The employee forced me and my girlfriend to wear a mask, was slow, confusing, didn't understand what I wanted, didn't listen to our requests carefully. Eventually we accomplished what we came for but the experience wasn't pleasant.

*adds "getting notary" to list of most challenging things to do during a pandemic* We ended up at this location because it is one of the few banks in the area that are currently offering notary services. Let alone in-person visits. We made the appointment yesterday after calling several branches to find one to take us in. With an appointment set for 3pm we arrived with our witness at 2:55pm. The bank had 1 notary working (who our appointment was with) but it seems he had been caught up with a particularly difficult project. He finally signed our papers around 3:40.The bank is following CDC guidelines well, I felt completely comfortable in that regard. Overall this visit was fine. I just would have appreciated some more straightforwardness as opposed to the annoying corporate "we will service you in a moment" BS. It was very disingenuousness and fairly off-putting. I'm used to Chase Bankers being much more engaging and well, relatable. Glad they are taking notary visits at this time.
