This is the worst insurance I've ever used .they raise the price on me after I already paid for 6 months they cancel my insurance 2 months early without letting me know and almost got my licence suspended . And basically they're keeping that 2 months of money by saying they added an extra $1,000 that I owe I will never use this insurance again and I would recommend that you don't and they even almost did something similar to my mom and her husband if I could I would give them zero Stars

I have had our policies at this office for years. Service has been going downhill. I had an appointment today to discuss policy changes and went in at the scheduled time. I was told that the person I needed to talk to called out which I can understand but they couldn’t call and tell me? Drove all the way there and was told to reschedule. I’m done.

When a recently purchased a car & requested updated insurance information, Brianna Mattogno sent it immediately. The salesperson at the dealership said it was the quickest they have ever received insurance information & I must have a GOOD agent. Thank you, Brianna, for your awesome assistance.

I just wanted to share with you the incredible customer service from Erin Myers!
Our insurance had been up for renewal recently, I had received emails and wondered why we had been kicked from our vendors list! I sent Erin an email, as she is our newest contact, questioning, what happened!
I walked into the office this morning, turn on my computer, open up our work email, and I see multiple emails from Erin and our Vendors, that we are successfully up to date! There are few Vendors who are not on auto renewal, and need extra attention.
Erin, I appreciate your time and effort with resolving our renewals and teaching me a few things to better understand the process. You are an asset to State Farm! Thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ben directly. I felt that he really understood where I am at in life and what policies match that. Most insurance firms want to give you policies that may not fit your needs immediately. Ben really makes you feel heard and prepared for the unprepared.
