No soft drinks, no regular chicken nuggets, and my order was not correct.This time, it took almost 20 minutes for 2 doubles, their was 8 customers waiting for food, I was in the middle of the group. They literally just started doing random orders and handing them out. My burgers and buns were dry and not the way I wanted them. I'm probably not going back to this one again

Yet another Wendy’s that has been consumed by “the culture” dirty dining area, poorly cooked/prepared food and terrible customer service. It is truly sad as there are practically no more Wendy’s in the Brandon/valrico area that you can get a good meal and feel safe in.

4/14/24I have never been treated so terrible in a drive thru than I have today. The order taker was rude, they were handed me the wrong sized coffee and shut the window on me, then they told me to pull up and wait for my order and it took 15 minutes. My son had to go inside to pickup the order, and they didn’t even have everything I ordered.

Not sure if the staff is just extremely overworked or just illiterate. Waited 20 minutes for my food. Just to have half my order not in the bag. No sause for the nuggets. Just drive the extra distance and go to the wendeys in brandon. Maybe the owner will take notice and make some changes

Was really surprised that it was as bad as it was even for a fast food joint I always thought Wendy's was a little bit better than the rest as far as service cleanliness and overall experience. Maybe it was just a down day for them? The food was really bad this time was way over seasoned and cold. I've been to a lot of different Wendy's including this one and I've never had an issue like this. I use the drive-thru by the time I got home and noticed it I was too tired to call complain or go back. I guess we'll see if I get a response back from management and see if they want it do right by me, if they do I'll try them again and leave an updated review. This time I'll make sure to take pictures normally I do but it was a long day and I was exhausted. In hindsight I wish I would have taken the pictures that way management could see what it was that I received. If you spend $25 or 30 bucks for you and your better half than it ought to at least be edible, LOL

Blatant incompetence4/5/23: I pulled into the drive-thru at 4:20pm, ordered a number two double combo, a six-piece nuggets, a Coke Zero, and a water. When I got up to the window I had to repeat my order to the young man who initially took the order. I was handed a bag of food within 5 minutes and told to pull forward and they would bring the drinks out. When I inspected the bag there were no nuggets . I figured I would just bring this to their attention when they brought the drinks out . Several cars came through and got their orders with no issues while having to maneuver around my truck , yet 10 minutes later no drinks. I had to walk up to the window and the same young man who took my order seemed highly surprised and had me repeat the order. . It was at this point I asked for a manager. The manager kept giving me excuses about how they just had shift change and they had to swap out the cash drawers and it's a busy time of day. I informed her that Not only was my meal cold, I didn't get my nuggets either. She got me my drinks and had them remake the meal. The meal wasn't even that good, the patties were dry on the burger. This is just blatant incompetence as for the shift change thing, I have members of my family who have been managers at other fast food restaurants. They always do shift change around 3:00 so that they are ready and prepared for the 5:00 rush hour. As a customer I don't expect excuses I expect results: your business deficiencies are not my problem. But you made them that way. The worst part is I'm a regular customer here at least once or twice a month. That will probably change

Was greeted by an empty restaurant, when an employee finally came out she just stared at us like we weren’t supposed to be there, didn’t get a hello or good morning just seemed bothered that we came to try Wendy’s breakfast for the first time. We asked if they were still serving breakfast and she turned and pointed to the menu signs that displayed all the lunch items, followed by a huff and puff and spun the menus around to the breakfast items. We almost walked out right there but I said let’s just order on the app so we don’t have to bother her anymore to do her job. We both asked for ketchup for our large breakfast potatoes, and receive a single packet of ketchup each. I ordered 2 baconator breakfast sandwiches, which clearly states as the first description on the menu “6 slices of bacon” I got 3 on one sandwich and 4 on the other. I went up to the counter to ask for more bacon and stood there for 5 minutes nobody was behind the counter or anywhere in the back. Now I could’ve just walked behind the counter and got my own bacon and whatever else I wanted but I didn’t want to be petty like the petty poor attitude I was greeted with so I sat back down and said I’ll right a survey and google review and maybe someone will see it and address the issues with horrible customer service internally. I will not be returning to this location nor any Wendy’s probably for a long time. We were going to get McDonald’s breakfast but decided to try Wendy’s and that’s where we made a mistake. A little customer service goes a long way. Have fun cleaning up that mess, that place is dirty and the attitude could use a makeover.

Once again, late night fresh food. The lady in the drive thru with the gray eyes great hospitality. Working third it's good to find something to eat, FRESH.
