The lady behind the counter was really helpful, considering as a foreigner, I was pretty clueless. Straight to the point and kept it simple for me.

Issues with my mailbox for several months or not getting my mail correctly

Im updating my previous review of 1 star. They ended up being able to locate my package. the supervisor is a nice man who called me said they would attempt to find it and they did. It was in my mailbox today. So for that im grateful.
