“Saw a great price on a car that interested me, low primarily due to the high mileage. Then found out it was over 2 hours away! Called Ed to advise I did not want to make the trip without some upfront info about car and price flexibility and he was completely upfront and helpful. He had me call before I actually went to make sure car still available. Once there, no high pressure or price changes/add ons like u often see at car dealers these days. Car was exactly as described and pictured with car fax available. He admitted that they hadn't even seen the need to wax or even do an oil change, just washed and put it put there, making it clear that there was no heavy reconditioning to mask deficiencies. Then after my anticipated loan fell through due to the high mileage, he suggested usaa whom I'd done business with on insurance in the past (they do not offer any financing at the dealership). Even at closing time I was not rushed and he easily accepted the online certification from usaa for the loan, letting me drive out probably days before he even recd the funds. All in all an excellent buying experience and I've had no problems with the car months later. Even registration handled efficiently, with my registration mailed to me promptly. I heartily recommend this guy!”
