This location is beyond ridiculous. Twice I have attempted to deliver something first thing in the morning. And twice these ppl do not open on time. A group of customers waited outside for 15 mins before we all started leaving. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THE CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS.

Jasmine, the UPS clerk at this store, was kind, professional, and efficient in processing my packages for shipping. Her excellent service instilled confidence that my packages are important and will arrive at their destinations in good order. I really appreciate it. During every visit to this UPS store, it is a pleasure to do business there!

After pricing moving companies to drive my boxes seven hours across the Florida state line into Georgia, I thought I was going to lose my mind. It occurred to me to ask the owner of this UPS store for his advice. He quoted me a price that was so low as to be almost unbelievable. This UPS store owner, Julius, realized that I was in a terrific bind - time wise. Plus, I was trying to pack up and move with zero assistance. Using his own truck, Julius and one of his friends (who might also be an employee), came and loaded up my boxes and drove them to the UPS store. Gratis! Julius then arranged to have the boxes picked up there so there would be no problem on the day they were to be loaded for shipping. My stress level went from heart attack level to zero the moment Julius stepped in to help me. There are no words to thank this man for his kindness. I couldn't have made the move without him. Julius runs an outstanding operation. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you again, Julius! By the way, everything arrive on time, with no breakage. Perfect move!

I worked here for maybe a month or two before i quit to my new job. But all i have to say is that i was never paid for my first two days! I have reached out to the manager several times about my pay & he completely ignored me. It was ten hours of pay but it was still something especially for a manger to disregard & ignore the employee. I’m not worried about my pay but for how the manger acted very disappointed, i hope he doesn’t steal other future or current employees money.

Had a confirmed appointment for notary services but when I showed up was told there was no notary available. They had my contact info and could have at least called me so I could make other arrangements. They couldn't have cared less

If there were an option for ZERO stars that is what I would choose. This is a private owned UPS store that is using the UPS brand to scheme and scam people. DO NOT GIVE OR USE YOUR BANK/DEBIT CARD HERE !!! THEY WILL STRAL UOIR MONEY AND USE THE UPS COMPANY NAME TO DELAY AND AVOID GIVING THE MONEY WRONGLY TAKEN!!!

By far the worst UPS location I have ever been too. The clerks were plain rude and their communication was non existent. The one girl will just ignore you like her job is to not help customers. This location is bad enough for me to go out of my way to leave a bad review and I never do that. I hope someone somewhere reads this and saves themselves a huge headache and just chooses a different location. If your lucky they won’t be open when they say they are and this happens a lot. And they will even ignore you from inside and pretend your not there looking at their open sign with the door locked. I hope eventually management is removed and staff reprimanded and replaced because this is unacceptable UPS.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the notary service at this UPS location. I spent three days trying to get a document notarized, and despite repeated assurances, the notary was never available when I visited.The notary service was excellent last year, but the new notary does not seem to be committed to his role. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service quality. I believe it would be beneficial to give someone else the opportunity to provide this service who is more dedicated and reliable.I want to clarify that my issue is solely with the notary service. The rest of the services provided by this UPS store are commendable. However, the notary service has been a letdown, and I would advise others to seek alternatives for notarization needs.After much frustration, I ended up going to Bank of America for notarization, where I received much better service. I hope the management at this UPS location takes note of this feedback and improves the notary service for future customers.

I’ve had one other issue with a UPS store in plant city & the manager was so responsive- however this has been a headache. After my mother did not receive her package I went in store and Julius the manager was condescending. He told me it was my fault and started with a chaos of a return. 3 weeks later I reached out to UPS and was informed that they would issue a refund to the store who would refund me.. he informed me he does not.. seems weary. Wondering if they are ok letting this money. Either way, I decided to take the loss as not deal with this headache. I will not ever bring my business back here and I do a lot of businessAlso forgot to mention, they NEVER answer their phone..

Do not use this store go to another UPS location they will take your money and not enter the tracking number and tell you to call corporate for a tracking number that doesn't exist so you will spend the next 6 hours trying to get your money back to no avail. Worst experience I've ever had with any UPS

This location is ridiculous. How can you not give the money back to the customer when the package(coral) didn't even leave the state. You lost the package for at least 24 hour. The package was never overnighted am. That is not a cheap serve yet it was paid too ups and the package never even left for the place where my sibling and inlaw took the package to be overnighted. They paid around 170 bucks and they won't refund the money when their service was not rendered.

Closed at 4 due to president’s day??? No update on the google.. It says it’s open till 6:30. Maybe next time consider peoples time. Poor lady came here all the way with those boxes and left frustrated. Thanks UPS
