I have never seen the worst TA.This place is horrible I’ve been here almost 6hrs.Tthe shop management is very bad. All the mechanics they don't do their jobs properly.the shop was empty there was no trucks inside but outside there was a lot of truck driver waiting for their calls.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, was sent here via work order from my job for repairs to my tractor, was told I was 1st in line with an hour wait, 3 HOURS later, I was then told I was 2nd in line somehow ? And that they had no idea when I'd be seen, because they were doing a shift change. The pure lack of motivation between ALL the staff was very clear, if you are looking for a good experience with people who care, this is not the place for you. I literally sat in my truck and watched the tech do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for 2 hours, then get up and head out the door because it was his time to go home.... GET SOME REAL EMPLOYEES. I'm honestly appalled at how this place is even still open given all of the other reviews mentioning all the same problems. It is clear that nobody, including management, cares about what they do at this location.

Always able to gas up quickly, and Raccoons CB Repair Shop in there is great for big trucks.

Since hurricane Milton hit, most truck drivers coming to Florida are delivering emergency supplies like I did. With the situation being as it is, there's not many loads leaving Florida. So here is a multi billion dollar a year company charging truck drivers 25 dollars a day to park. This is corporate greed at it's finest.
At least the governor suspended the toll fees at least. Maybe TA should have waived the parking fee for a few weeks. Actually show truck drivers you care just a little. Thanks for nothing TA.

In the middle of disaster by Milton they decided not to open the gas pumps leaving people in the middle of the road and w/o power, because according to the manager “ they cant deal with the craziness” we even saw the gas truck filling up the pumps. At this point no one knows what to do, we can’t find gas at all.

The older blonde lady is very rude. I don’t understand why people go to work and have a nasty attitude with the customers like just stay home if you’re not feeling well. Can’t even ask her a question without her getting slick.

Make sure you get a price check on all your items before you buy if it shows they’re on sale. I stopped in to grab a soda and they were running the Pepsi product special, 2 for $4.00, which is at nearly every store I shop at. I picked a Dr. Pepper and a Mountain Dew, as normal, and when I got to the register and paid over $6.00 I questioned it. All shelves in the Pepsi door from the Pepsi through Dr. Pepper were marked with the special tags but the Cashier and Manager refused to honor it. Highly disappointed by their lack of professionalism and willingness to rip customer off so nonchalantly.

Ignorant steering wheel holders making holes in front of the Fuel aisle. Makes exiting harder. Mostly reserved parking. Then you have Ignorant people parking in them without paying. I only park here with a reservation. The loves is always jam packed. Flying j also.
