“This is the greatest UPS store in the Tampa Bay area, hands-down. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have drop off’s almost daily and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Side note: As far as the comments about the smell… did those customers notice that it’s next door to Tampa Vapor, est. 2012?”
“This UPS location is an absolute pleasure to do business with. In particular, Amy is always incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
My girlfriend owns a small business and often arrives to UPS near the end of the business day. Never once has Amy or any other UPS team member made her feel rushed or uncomfortable for being late. Regardless of how busy they are (and I’ve been there on many occasions with lines out of the door), Amy remains attentive to everyone, and her positivity almost has a contagious effect on the often impatient customers.

On my lunch break, I dragged in a large, heavy box in the store to return but it was for FedEx. We laughed and then without a thought, he picked up the box and carried it back to my car for me. Jeremiah turned what could’ve been the worst part of my day into a great encounter with another human being. Young men of this character change the world for the better.”

“As I work long hours & dont have much free time, I arrived right before closing, totally stressed out, to ship a broken computer to be fixed... only to find out I needed to get more info from the company paying for it. After speaking with them I went back the next day, again right before closing, with less time & even more stressed out... only to find out that what they told me was incorrect & I still did not have the correct payment info. I dealt with the manager, Michelle both times. On the 2nd day, upon seeing my level of stress, she greatly helped me out by thinking outside the box (no pun intended) & I was able to ship it off. I now have my replacement PC, am able to continue the work that was held up and am very happy & grateful. Thanks, Michelle!”

“If anyone is wondering this place is an actual post office don’t bother calling the number no one is going to answer the phone just rings however you have to show up to this location around 9:00am to 10:00am to get help from a supervisor when you arrive it seems sketchy but it’s not just park and walk up to the doors of the post office and ring the bell you will be greeted by a nice man or woman and they will assist you with your mail”

I was assisted today by the African American female as referred to in a previous post and she confirmed it’s her after her great service and my inquiry. She was training a new employee and the transition was a smooth as butter as she walked him through the process and answered all of his questions and mine. I am new to sending packages so she assisted and made recommendations which were cost beneficial and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. Her name is Jessica by the way and she greets with a smile. Let’s gooooooooooo!
