Stay away! No return policy and if they accidentally sent you the wrong orders, there will charge another delivery few just to exchange and correct your orders . The worse customer service I ever experienced. Car junkyards have better return policy than Room2Go.

Absolutely the worst in person and online experience I’ve ever had in my years of furniture purchasing. I don’t know which was worse, the rude front desk girl who refused to contact the manager about a simple discount or the multiple delays in shipping. I canceled and shopped elsewhere!!!! Do not waste your time here

I have placed an order for a power cord since February of this year and I am now in May still can’t get an answer or update of to when or where my item will come. I have not been able to use my couch since then. This is the worst furniture company have ever dealt with. Deliver my power cord or replace my couch. Unreal
