No fitting rooms.I was told fitting rooms weren't working???
So put up 200 plus dollars worth of clothes and spent over 300 elsewhere...
How do you expect to stay in business as a clothing store when you refuse fitting room service???

Great customer service! Wide selection of clothing, jewelry and shoes! They have tons of kids and plus size clothing. I will definitely visit again.

They have sale signs up that depict one price but have non-sale items on the shelf with them. When you inquire, they respond very rudely and that proceed to speak to each other in Spanish while looking DIRECTLY AT YOU! They also had 3 or 4 people working and only 1 cashier. Waited almost 20 minutes to purchase because they wouldn’t open another register. Instead they stood there talking to each other and on their phones.

I recently took my daughter to Rainbow, and I must say, it was a great experience.The store was beautifully organized, making it easy to find exactly what we were looking for.The selection of clothing was fantastic, with a wide range of styles and sizes to choose from. Today I went shopping with my daughter. Since on other previous occasions she told me that the cashier, a blonde-haired lady, treated her badly. Today I went and noticed his displeasure when talking to my daughter and the way he treated me was very different. We don't know her. That lady is very bad, maybe my daughter reminds her of someone she doesn't like, I tell her if you have something in your hand, you buy it, and you throw something away, you pay for it! But not in a cordial way, but rather very annoying, almost a reproach! …if you have problems at home or whoever. DO NOT TAKE IT TO YOUR WORK NO ONE IS GUILTY FOR YOUR BAD LIFE. RESPECT!!! That I am going to BUY NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING AS A GIFT.

Very disappointed due to the staff really honestly not trying to be helpful but yet treating me as if I was going to take something now I spent a lot of money here to be treated like trash and then when cashing out the attitude of both lady's behind the counter where stuck up and rude like with out a doubt a let down

Covid is over. There is no reason that the dressing rooms should still be closed. You want us to buy your clothes, but how tf do we know if what we're paying money for fits or is even worth it. Get it together.
