Avoid the dishonesty and filth of this place. They charged me $25 for a nail soak off ONLY! Which everyone knows is not worth that cost. They mislead me upon arrival. They initially said $5 for soak-off. I’ve had better services by worse places! Do NOT COME!

They initially said $5 for soak-off. I've had better services by worse places! Do NOT COME! Very horrible quality of service. Dishonest treatment and dishonest prices.

omg. nightmare. i went there bc i stubbed my toe & the toenail came off and was already very short down into the flesh. so she starts immediately cutting it some more! why in the world would she do that instead of putting an acylic nail and doing the hell polish like I askthem to do? unprofessional. let's just not discuss the manicure either. periodt.

I made sure , before I came around 5-6 that they would be able to do eyebrows , toes && and full set .... I was told as long as I got here before 6:00 they would be able to take me because they closed at 7:30 ... i arrived at 5:30 an was told they couldn't service me ...

I am a licensed cosmetologist, this is by far most un sanitary nail salon I have been in. I now have fungus on 2 of my nails that popped off. Maybe more when I get the others soaked off. When I walked in I knew it was ghetto but needed my nails done. Once I sat and he started I realized there was 1/4 inch of nail dust on everything. They used the same pumice stone in every client with out cleaning. None of the tools had come from the a sanitized bag. The files had all been used with out cleaning. I literally am so mad I didn’t leave. I knew I’d never go back but it’s embarrassing to get up and leave once you figure out this is bad news.

Although the staff is friendly, the place is dusty. They just need to do a thorough dusting of the nail grindings and this place would be so much cleaner!

I’m giving one star because my toes were okay \\u0026 the lady that did them really tried. My hands on the other hand looks like a 2 year old placed the acrylic down \\u0026 a blind person tried to file \\u0026 shape them. I have never been anywhere this bad! I tried to give them i chance to fix the issue, came back and the owner I’m assuming refused to fix them. I arrived at 6:45 they close at 7:30pm \\u0026 he said he would not fix it , trust the reviews this place should be shut down $80 later

Took off my old polish before telling me they did not have what I wanted and then I had to leave with my nails undone and still had to pay 20 for them to if just taken off my old polish from my long natural nails with a drill. Now my nails are thin and exposed.

My hard working mother wanted to get har nails done and she arrived here just to be insulted and shamed by the lady doing her nails and the manager. She clearly said she wanted to keep her own nails and just needed a gel overlay. The lady went ahead and started to cut her own nails and when my mother pulled her hands back and asked her "what are you doing?" she said "you need the full set!" My mother told her "no! Thats not what I wanted!" It got the attention of the manager who told my mother that her nails looked ridiculous! You need a full set! Now I thank GOD I wasn't there to be honest! Who the hell are they to insult a paying client who knew what she wanted?? I only gave 1 star because it don't let me give 0. Oh and when my mother asked sarcastically "how much would you charge for ruining my nails"? He smiled and said "oh! We do that for free!" Save your money and time and go somewhere else!
