The store employees are always very friendly and helpful, I'm not very tech savvy but they helped me set up my phone and answered all my stupid questions. I've purchased a few phones from this store. It's not the closest store to me but it's worth the extra miles for the excellent customer service. Upgrading soon.

I've been with Metro since they first opened doors!
So,this time,
I had the most amazing customer service I've ever received EMILY&HILDA&CICI
I've had to go back and get help with my phone
And they all alway fix Pronto with smiles and above and beyond to make sure I'm good
Thank you ladies so much for being patient with me!!
Yall deserve to own a store!!

Should be no stars! Kaleb and Derek are criminals. And Patrick is on that list too. It should be shut down. I had to change phone companies because I don't trust them.

Metro in Seffner on Highway 92 is awesome Patrick is probably one of the best sales persons I have ever met he explained everything to me he is awesome I have been going there for 7 years I refer everyone to the metro in Seffner awesome very professional polite and considerate of others

Went to the Metro on us 92 in Seffner and the sales clerk Patrick was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable & polite. The store smelled good & had a decent amount of accessories. That corner plaza isn't a good one at all, but worth the headache to go to that particular metro store.
