Rude! The female employee is the most rude person I have every encountered in retail! Big time attitude and not helpful at all. This is not the first but it is the last encounter I've had with her. I will never shop or do business with this location every again! How this girl is still employed there tells me she must be a family member because they have done nothing to change the situation with her and they're have been numerous comments and complaints about this location and her attitude. I would leave NO stars if possible. Corporate Metro it is time you became involved as it reflects on your Name and Service.

This location is wonderful for helping with tech support. When I lost all my contacts, they restored them. When I switched devices, they transferred everything over. And so nice about it!

Well if you like easy in and out I'm sure you will be fine with this location, my other half and I was told to go check out the phone deal that they had, and yet it wasn't much of a deal, and the young man that was working seemed to be just having a bad day. Yet I work in customer service and I would never be that short or dismissive to someone that came in to possible buy. That it not how you should do business. So if anybody else stops in this location I hope that you have a better experience than we did.

Bought a Samsung S21 FE 5G at a great price here. The guys in there know their stuff and got my number transfered over hassle-free. My one disappointment was that the phone case they sold me marked up the back of the handset. I got it off with some Dawn and q-tips then ordered a quality case on Amazon.
