Scammers, selling new campers that leak and can't fix.

I was at the Tampa Super show in January, while there purchased a set of Snap Pads from Lazy Days. I was asked my rigs details, I was told what I needed. Made the purchase and went home. The first opportunity I had to install, found they gave me wrong set. Took me a week to get the parts department on the phone after repeated promises to call me back. I was told because 30 days had passed I was out of luck. Yes 30 days had passed, it was about 35. What a poor experience.

we enjoyed our salesman Bob Kavooras he was very knowledgeable and helpful we thought we knew what we wanted until he took us around the RV world and was able to pick out exactly what we needed and not what we didn't need. we look forward to working with him and the business again.

Trash service after you purchase Months to get Warrenty work done. Not uncommon in the industry but no company should be run like this & still be in business!!

This place has very bad service! We're not from this area and we're looking for parts for our RV and found this place and it's about 40 minutes away from where we're camping at. I drove here to order parts for my RV and Makayla took my order. Couple weeks later I never received a phone call about my parts so, I drove 40 minutes just to get there and find out my parts were never ordered. So, I patiently reordered the parts that I needed for my RV, she looked unsure of the parts she's ordering and doesn't even know what "linear feet" is. 2 and half weeks later after the second order was placed, I didn't receive any phone call or emails about my parts. So, I kept calling her direct number but she never answers the phone and never called me back or emailed to notify me of what's going on with my parts. I drove another 40 minutes to go there to just cancel my order and get my money back but, when I got there and I saw her, she looked on her computer and told me that my parts are out for delivery that day so I told her that I'll just come back the next day to pick them up. The next day came and I drove another 40 minutes to finally pick up my parts after a month of waiting. When I got there she told me to drive to the back of the building and meet her there so, I did. She opened the boxes to show me the parts and saw one of the parts I ordered isn't correct. She kept arguing that the manufacturer started using that part as new product that replaced the old one even though, I kept telling her that the other part has another main purpose and it's not for what I needed. She tried to be correct but simply she doesn't know anything about RV parts. I returned the wrong part and I asked the other guy at the counter and he found what I needed on his computer, but I don't wanna waste time again with this company so I left. Wasted one month waiting for my parts just to get the wrong parts. Now I can't fix my RV until I find a better RV dealer that is knowledgeable about RVs and very helpful. I won't recommend this place.

Richard was the salesman who did a great job. I can't say enough good things about him. He was very patient with me, and answered all my questions and concerns.

Keven Slane in sales was straight forward and very helpful! In fact everyone we had contact with during our delivery was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend Lazydays in Tampa.

Warning! Stay away from this company. They will treat you great until they get your money. Then they don't care about you at all. I purchased a $100 unit, have owned it for 2 years and have only been able to use it for 8 weeks total. They have avoided helping me so the warranty will run out so they can charge more money. STAY AWAY! if you value your time and money.

RV was scheduled in for warranty service. They had it for over a month and fixed two out of a dozen things. Never even contacted Jayco to order parts. Terrible service. Don' t go there!

Larry Carter was absolutely accommodating and informative and I feel he steered me in the direction that was best for me and my family. He was patient and quick to respond. They have a huge selection in a variety of prices. After looking for several years, I'm happy to say we will be happy campers of a travel trailer. Thank you lazydays.

Slim Bouchoucha is the best salesperson there. He will do his best to help his customers. Its a very busy dealership and it could get hectic (largest RV dealer in the world). But you are in good hands with him. We will see how the service dept work (once they do the RV delivery). Thanks Slim! Luis and Jin

We purchased a new 2023 RPod 171 Beast Mode and we couldn't get a better price anywhere. I tried to purchase one from 2 dealers closer to our house but they couldn't get within $5,000 of the clearance sale price we got. Yes this location outside of Tampa is huge and they had so many people picking up units on Saturday. Jon Muehl did an amazing job with keeping us updated.

Sunae in sales and Jason in financing...what a powerhouse team. I was very happy with the communication, professionalism, and family values setting I experienced through the process.
