We highly recommend William Parks and Lazydays RV of Tampa.
While visiting our family for the holidays we stopped at Lazydays to see if they might have an upgrade for our RV. William Parks was our salesman. He was an absolute delight! He listened to our needs and wants and tried to fulfill them from the inventory available. He came very close. But without trying to pressure us into a sale, chose to continue to look for the perfect one as new options become available.
Therefore we will tell everyone we know and meet to ask for William Parks at Lazydays in Tampa. He will make sure you are 💯 happy and have a great experience shopping for your next RV!
I look forward to hearing from him and buying our next one from him as well!
Thank you William and the staff at Lazydays for a wonderful experience!

After one bad experience I gave them another chance. I bought another RV.
I'm an idiot! Experience number 2 is no better.
They don't check the units before you take delivery. Not 20 days in and already electrical issues. Now I have to take the unit back, hope someone can figure it out and fix it, pick it up.... This shouldn't be, a second time!
Look at their lots. RVs open getting rain and dirt in them. Awnings flapping in the wind. They just don't care! They're to big for their own good and management isn't doing their job.
Trust me, go elsewhere!
Follow up. Jan 1st 2025....
It's been 2 months since I complained, and they agreed that the cargo access door is severely warped. Still no replacement and no communication unless I call them.
There warranty means nothing! They just don't care after they sell you the RV.
I did finally get the first electrical issue resolved after I contacted corporate. But you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get your bad product fixed!

Kind of sad and disappointed from when I bought my second and third RV’s several years ago. I however understand the way business goes and the only reason for the 3 stars is because there is no longer camping onsite. It was the best back in its heyday a few years ago.

I worked with Stephanie in internet sales, and then Joseph Aubrey in sales. I had a really great experience with both of them! I bought the Grand Design Imagine 21BHE. I felt well supported, educated, and oriented. They were both friendly, helpful, and informed about the trailer.Joseph spent many hours with us looking at options, and we settled upon the this really nice unit. Everyone I dealt with in the dealership was kind and helpful. There was even follow-up hen I got it home. Couldn’t be happier with the dealership and especially Stephanie and Joseph- thank you so much!!- Nancy Murray- Hogrefe

Beware , this place is a worse scam than a used car lot. We took our camper in for a trade and was told it was unsalvageable and they now haven't listed for thirty eight thousand dollars on their website. Warning, don't buy the 2016 grand forest lodge with a Dent in the front because they claim it is untransportable, yet they listed it for 30000 I don't want someone else to get scammed like we did. What a joke.

It appears you only reply to positive reviews. That says something right there.

We brought our travel trailer there to get an estimate on siding repair 5 weeks ago. We were told they would have it done 10 days - 2 weeks. Today was 5 weeks!! We have heard absolutely NOTHING from them. My husband drove over to pick up the camper and they hadn’t done ANYTHING!! They could have cared less! I would give them less than a “1” if I could!!! They wasted our time! Now we have to take the camper elsewhere and have lost 5 weeks of using our camper!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I normally don't write reviews and maybe have written 2 or 3 but this experience had been so interesting that I thought others should know. The bummer of this review is my sales person Richard and the finance manager Andy were great and would give them five stars but the delivery and the service department have made me regret purchasing from Lazy Days
upon purchase we gave them 2 weeks to review the coach before delivery. Upon delivery we found multiple things wrong and the response was we don't check everything. we got it to our camgpund and within one day the Ants that were present upon purchase were still there, awnings didn't work, toilet would not hold water as well as the black water tank pump was burned out. Upon contacting the service dept. there response was not empathetic but blamed me for the pump not working and blamed me that I didn't do a full inspection. I found this interesting that it was my job to fill the back tanks and assure that they worked before delivery. we had to cancel our campground and had to take the coach back. Still no apology or understand the loss of mon3y and time. I brought the coach back and they had it for another two weeks. Awning got fixed but now none of the cargo doors worked. zi got stranded since I had to take an Uber for the 1.5 hour drive. The next day I had a call with Kyle the assistant service manager and the response was we don't go through the coach with a fine tooth comb. I called him out on this asking why would they put a customer through this when for two weeks they had the coach. He later said it was not the right thing to say. I said I would l3ave the coach for another week and he promised they would go through every single mechanical and assure it worked. Upon arriving to pick up the coach now for the third time the awning was fixed as well as the ants seemed to be gone. the black tank worked butthe service guy said it's because someone at the factory tuned off the water flow to the pump and it was behind a sealed panel. Certainly something lazy days can easily check before delivery. the cargo doors were fixed and they had to replace every door lock as apparently the cleaners spayed water into the cargo doors and killed all the switches. The I plugg e d in the central vac only to find the central vac was never checked and the entire outlet pulled out of the coach.the found the filtered was never checked so they found it was also turned off as well as the entire faucet was loose. I asked the service guy I thought you guys were going to check everything. His response I thought I checked everything. Needless to say now I sat at lazy days for another three hours while they had to fix the remaining issues. then the cherry was when Dana the service assistant came out. She was dismissive, rude, over talked me and not once did she ever apologize does she not k own that this has caused considerable time and money and has really tarnished lazy days name. I simple apology would have been nice but I still got the same response. We can only fix what you tell us and I kept saying how do I k own what is broken until we get to a campsite. I have now canceled two campgrounds costung 600.00pkus two uber rides at 240.00 per ride and to top it off I asked to spark it both the service manager and the general manager Dana said she would get them outta the site and I waited there for 39 minutes ghosted and finally called to leave a message for both and still I call back. my summary of lazy days to improve their reputation they need to replace Dana as she has no right to being a customer facing position. Second they need to improve their culture as sales and finance were awesome but once they closed the deal and delivered they basically washed their hands of white glove service. I would only buy a coach from the sales department the get an rv inspector that they pay for prior to closing and then get it reinstated today it's not that hard to help people be happy

Called the parts dept and spoke to Makayla, just needed 2 small parts for our grand design imagine. She said she was too busy to help me so she took my phone number and said she would call back. After 3 days of not hearing from her, I called her back to follow up on my request. She actually told me that Grand design was closed until the beginning of the year and that I would have to call her back then. Not believing they were closed, called Grand design customer service and I was able to order my parts direct and they shipped 1 day later and half the cost.

This place is a corporate greed company that has gone completely down hill in the last few years. Will never purchase another camper here and will never do business with lazy days ever again. Worst customer service ever!!
