5 years ago we bought what was labeled as a Rainbow eucalyptus. It turned out to be a swamp eucalyptus. Hideous ugly tree that grew to 40 feet tall and cost us $1000 to have it removed. Several times we talked to someone from Kerby's and the response was oh well, too bad. Our suppliers must have mislabeled it. Sorry but doesn't anybody there know anything about plants? Apparently not.Got this in their newsletter.

I love shopping here! I'm just learning to have a green thumb and everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and never minds answering all my questions. I would much prefer buying my plants here where you can get help on how to care for them. Highly recommend.

A little pricey, but if you want to get knowledgeable people that are very helpful, this is the place to go.And they do not sell you sick plants!

Love this nursery as it has a great selection of plants and are willing to order things if they have none available. Love their sense of community with events for the public like the easter egg hunt.

I've been going there for decades without any issues until this past week. I bought some caladium bulbs. Three types of 5 bulbs each in 3 separate bags and marked with the names. Some person, I assume a manager, was near the register when I checked out. I guess I didn't look trustworthy and she decided to count the bulbs in each bag by dumping them out. She then asked me, with an attitude, if I have ever shopped there before. I have bought bulbs there before, sometimes as many as 75 and they never counted them. It will be a while until I shop there again.
