Thank you Hood's towing . You saved the day for my girlfriend and I when our car wouldn't start after my girlfriend's hair appointment. Got to us in a very timely manner. And Matt was extremely professional and friendly. When things are going wrong, it's a great relief to get awesome service. Thank you Matt and Hood's towing.

Be cautious driving around any Hoods tow truck. I’m a former tow truck driver for over a decade. This car being towed, while it was wrecked, was towed improperly.The driver had a large single J hook from the winch around the fragile bumper mount of the wrecked car. He had one singular large J hook in the left rear wheel and he tightened the winch to create tension. There wasn’t even a security chain to prevent the car from falling in case of failure.This vehicle, if the winch breaks, or the bumper mount breaks in transit will come off the bed and potentially kill someone.To properly secure the car, wrecked or not, 4 wheel straps should be used. This is laziness by the driver and it will hurt someone. It is also a violation of Florida 316.520 (load securement)I called the number on the truck to express my concern and was told to mind my own business. With that behavior, I certainly would not trust my vehicle in their care.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TOWING COMPANY!NO CAMERAS ON THE LOT AND ALL MY BELONGINGS OVER 2 GRAND WAS STOLEN.Very rude staff and not friendly.Area is surrounded by homeless people that will break in and jump there fence at night to steal things.You can always tell a bad company by a run down building that looks like it will go out of Buisness but one of the co owners drives a brand new bmw suv. I’m going to try my hardest to find my belongings bc these people did not keep it safe and they won’t for you either. Do not give these people Buisness!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.Service: Car towing

This company is a thief. They claim that they closed on the weekend but wants to charge me $50 to go to their office to get my paperwork so I can pick up my car. So they force you to leave your car there and charged for 2 days of storage or still get their 2day storage pay by charging you $50 to get your car out on the weekend ($25/day). They are no different from the people who rob you at gun point. That company should be shut down and they should be locked up. They don’t even deserve the 1 star; I wish zero star was an option. We are dollar signs to them. HORRIBLE!Service: Car towing

Highway Patrol scheduled Hoods to tow my vehicle to their storage when I was in an accident on I4. They were very accommodating & kind. Especially during this very scary time. They released my vehicle to my insurance company without any issues. Thank you.

Was in a car reck. Was disoriented and taken advantage of by this company. Was given a business card with the address of where my car was being towed. I am insured and was not informed my insurance would not cover the expense. I was not given any options. I was forced to pay a fee on top of signing what was left of my car over to This company. They only accept cash payments and are very sketchy. I would ask questions first and try to refuse their service if this were to happen again.***If you have roadside assistance through your insurance or AAA call them instead.Service: Car towing
