“Just went by to pick up a few items today, Deana greeted me right away & was able to help me find my 2 items. I was in & out within 2-3 min. Cashiers were a bit quiet. I told both to tell Deana she was a big help & they both ignored me. Felt like they were rude to me & their co-worker. Deana u are the best, keep up the positive attitude. (Hope I spelled ur name right). Would be a 5 * but the Cashiers weren't too nice.”

“Great place to find S4S, S2S hard and exotic woods. I go there for Red Oak but they have Maple, Ash,. Cherry, Teak, Mahogany, and several others I have never heard of. They also have dimensioned Cypress. Highly recommend stopping by for yourself. They also maintain lumber prices on their website.”

“I've been to several Johnstone Supply Houses two things I can say about the one in Brandon and in Tampa the Brandon staff is wonderful their friendly courteous and if you want ice and get ice they're the one in Tampa is independently owned and those people will get you whatever you want or need at one point in time they had a process Chiller on the display for and from what I understand everything they have in their warehouse in in the rest of the place is bought and paid for they got it going in Tampa Brandon I know you're on by a company and you have several stores. But I'll tell you my experience I've been in this industry almost 20 years Ari Michaels the others Trane carrier the other supply houses they can't touch the Johnstone in Tampa or Brandon”

“Absolutely love the products and customer service from here!! I first saw the style of front door knob and deadbolt on an interior design show and scoured Google to find the exact same locking mechanism (the only hint I had as it was very uniquely shaped!) Found it, purchased and installed myself in 2021 (even drilled the dead bolt hole as we never had one in the first place!) and have been slowly replacing a handful of knobs in my home each time as I redecorate each room! All the knobs are metal through and through. No plastic or breakable parts. Worth it! You will not be disappointed! And thank you Jill for being so fast in helping with my questions!!(Pardon the messy door knob, I do have kids!)”

“We had a wedding planned last minute during December, one of the busiest times of the year, and they were able to get us chairs and tables at fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else we called! They have the largest inventory of chairs and the whole crew was so sweet and pleasant to talk to! They did all of the loading and unloading and even helped us back up out of there since we’re inexperienced with driving with a trailer! Thank you guys so so much for not only making our wedding happen smoothly but also having superior service I will only recommend true value rentals to any of my friends or family throwing events! You guys deserve 10 stars!”
“I like it here. For the most part the people are great. Only issue I had is few bags of cracked corn was moldy but that's NOT there fault. The prices on some stuff is a little high but otherwise I love the store.”
